Growing Up

Went outside of home

Saw children running and laughing

Brings me back to years ago

When all I ever do was play

Suddenly I felt envious

Looking at them all smiles

No worries written in their faces

No pretenses at all

I wonder what would it be

If I go back to those days

No expectations to do

No responsibilities to bear
