Tonight, I looked outside the window
The moon, a bit hidden by clouds
Without knowing, I stared
Hoping for the clouds to clear away

Minutes passed by,
Eyes with hope
Light dimmed
Slowly, disappear

Like truths waiting to unfold
Secrets or lies, who would know?
Darkness of the past,
One stay true to behold

So, I looked up at the sky again,
A glimpse of the moon,
Still with clouds and mist around
Tiny light shines through

Light that shines within
Emotions that dwells in darkness
Beyond unspoken words,
