[Bonus Chapter] A billion for... hand cream?

When the 'Crazy Reincarnation God' was at his tenage years in his 10th reincarnation, in a world of Western Magic, he was called 'Agustus Claymore'.
Agustus woke up, just like any other morning in this life, his metal golems already prepared his change of clothes. Agustus was quite a lazy person and never did anything him self in that life. He was already at the top of the Magus levels, he was the Arcane God. Someone who had affinity with all elements, he was overpowered just like in any other life, but no one knew about this.
Today was a special day for him, today an auction was happening in the city he lived in, the "Thousand Year Magus Auction". This was a very rare auction that happened once a thousand years, ofcourse he had to visit it. He hasnt had any fun for the past year since he defeated the Demon Lord from the Lampa Country in the South.
He put on his Magus cloak, and headed out. Unlike other people, he had the ability to create golems, so he decided to fly to the auction on his fire phoenix.
As i said, he was overpowered in this life once again. No one in this world could possibly defeat him. He was only 16 but was already the greatest magus in the world. No one knew what to expect from him once he is older.
"Screeaaaaaach"
The phoenix screamed as it got closer to wake up the dosing off Agustus. He woke up with a shudder, and prepared to land. His cloak flapped around under the high pressure of the wind, and the next moment he jumped. From 20 km! He immediately applied the feather falling skill and drifted down to the ground.
He appeared before the main enterence of the Auction house, it was a grand building with columns made of gold and silver.
"Not bad"
He said as he admired the building. Unlike the Demon Lord castle in which he defeated the Demon Lord, which was made of black marble, this one was made from a pearl coloured stone. From the analysis spell he found out the material was called, "The rock of Heavens".
"Quite a daring feat to use the rock of Heavens for an Auction house, the treasures sold today will definitely be quite something!"
He then proceeded to the entrance, it was also made of the same rock as the rest of the Auction House. At the entrance there was a small booth in which he saw a man dressed in golden embroidered robes.
"One ticket is 200 thousand gold coins"
The people around the booth gasped in shock, 200 thousand gold just to enter?
"I'll have one"
A man walked up, he was wearing a grand royal cloak with the country's flag. It was the first prince!
He had amazing aptitude and was called the greatest magus of his generation! Many women blushed as they saw him and started talking among themselves, while the men were envious and talked about the great deeds that the first prince had accomplished.
The first prince grabbed his ticket and walked inside with pride. Agustus was disgusted, he knew the true nature of this "fabulous hero", in reality he was an evil man who only cared about getting as many women as he could, after he was done with them he would lock them in his castle and never let them out. Many of them died because of being misstreated.
He walked up to the booth, and immidiatly people started shouting at him
"What is this kid doing? Who does he think he is? I bet he doesnt even have one gold coin on him! Hahahaha"
Many people started laughing once they heard this. But Agustus was not bothered by this, he calmly walked up and asked for a ticket.
"200 hundred gold coins, kid, if you dont have this money then leave, begging wont help."
The man at the booth had a stone face, with no emotion, no hate and no laughing. Agustus replied
"Alright, here"
He then created a magic circle of space and time in the air, and put his hand through and took out a bag of platinum coins.
"Two platinum coins are 200 thousand gold. Here"
Everyone was astonished! A kid that was not even 20 could actually use the forgotten magic of time and space, and not just that, he had a bag full of platinum coins! The person who said the previous statement felt like slapping himself a million times, he offended someone he shouldnt have.
"Please come through here, this is the entrance for the VIP."
The first prince also saw this and was in shock and anger.
"WHAT? Some kid gets VIP privileges and I, the prince of this country, have to go through the normal entrance?"
The man from the booth turned around and said,
"This boy is not someone you can offend, he is beyond your reach. And so what if you are a prince of this country? This auction house is owned by the Thousand Magus Association, we have Magus who can obliterate this country with a move of their finger"
"Hmph!"
The first prince turned around and accepted his defeat, he did not want to loose face infront of the commoners.
"Please, come through to the top balcony, your balcony number is 1"
"Thank you"
As Agustus walked inside and closed the door the man from the booth could finally let out a breath of releaf.
"This boy is a hundred thousand times stronger than the founder of the Thousand Magus Association, I nearly died by just walking too close to him!"

The Auction stage!

"Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the Thousand Year Auction! I am your guest and will be presenting the items for auction."
A beautiful lady walked out of behind the curtains, she was carrying what appeared to be a bottle of medicine.
"This is the 'Great Mana Potion' the rarest potion in the world! It can increase the permanent amount of mana and increase the level of a Magus!"
Gasps resounded, a mythical potion was the first item! The only person who was not empressed by this at all was Agustus, he had created many of these potions himself, and this one was also made by him!
Many items went after that, many potions were also created by Agustus. Finally, the last item of the Auction came!
"This is the Life Giving hand cream! It can make you look younger as well as extend your life span by a hundred years!"
Another amazing mythical item! There were many legends about it, and it was a well known item of legends. When Agustus heard this, he slightly opened his eye to see what it was.
"This..."
"Are you kidding me??? This is the hand cream I left on my chair outside my house! What kind of mythical cream can this be? Its just creame I made from water and nature magic because my hands got dry after drawing the teleportation circle at my house! Hahahahaha!"
Many people turned around to see where the loud laughing came from, and were shocked when they saw that it was coming from the number 1 balcony! It was reserved for very extraordinary people! The auctioneer also heard the laugh, and asked kindly,
"Dear venerable one, are you intrested in this hand cream?"
Agustus quickly regained his composure and said,
"No, please continue the auction."
"I see, this item starts at 1 billion gold, who want to bid?"
Many people in the back row started to shout like crazy,
"1.2 Billion! 1.5 Billion! 2 Billion"
Then a soft voice resounded, many turned around to see who it was,
"3 Billion!"
I was the first prince! Ofcourse, he needed to keep up his good looks, he was only 20 years, but wanted to look young for a long time. When Agustus heard this he clapped his hands and giggled, this is truly a fun auction, what will the prince say, when he finds out its just normal hand cream?
This was truly a great auction to go to!
