Chapter 536 Journal

When Xuefeng thought of the idea, he didn't think it would be such a big deal but he overestimated the power of his women. He couldn't even decide on anything as they took the matter in their own hands.

Walls rose from the ground and floors connected, creating the outline of a real house or rather, a small mansion. It already had two floors and Xuefeng could even see a spacious balcony being made on the side. What's more, an idea of a fancy rooftop came out, which everyone accepted eagerly.

Knowing how sunny the Hidden Realm was, they could use it for sunbathing and relaxation in free time.

"Hey… You know that we are not staying here forever?" Xuefeng questioned after a mention about a small flower garden came out.

They behaved as if they were building their dream house but then Nuwa's words made him understand them.

"Just because its only three years, it doesn't mean we should live in a cave. It is still a lot of time and it doesn't take us long. If we can live in comfort during our stay here then why not."

Nuwa was a Queen who always lived in a Palace with many servants but she was surprisingly handy, knowing a lot about the architecture. Tianshi and Wu helped a lot too with Yiren being the main production line. She was the most skilled when it came to the precise manipulation of elements.

The girls thought about everything so most of the house equipment like cutlery, plates, or even a massive bed for them all was already ready, stored in their rings. They already planned to create a hideout in the wild from the very beginning.

"Ah… Three years, huh… What do I even start with…" Xuefeng muttered to himself in wonder as he laid on the bed. "There is so much to do…"

Although a three year time period would be a long time on Earth, it wasn't really much in the Cultivation World. Just by reaching the final Monarch Stage, he could prolong his lifespan to three hundred years so the time spent in the Hidden Realm would be around one percent of that.

It would even further increase if he continued to cultivate so it was like a drop in the bucket of water for him.

"How about you start a journal and note down your progress?" Yiren proposed suddenly, hearing his quiet thoughts. "It will be easier for you to see what you have accomplished."

Only he and Yiren stayed behind in the bedroom while the rest spread around their new house, performing their own tasks. Yiren was decorating their bedroom with some wooden designs on

the walls while he was ordered to sit and wait, just in case he ruined something.

Xuefeng's fashion skills were non-existent so he agreed reluctantly, knowing very well what they thought in their minds. They just wanted to relax after work, with him already waiting in bed for them.

"Journal?" Xuefeng repeated, not really fond of that idea. "Wouldn't that complicate things even more? I can just ask Ling and Ming to create the most efficient training plan for me."

Yiren stopped shaping the wood on the walls and stepped back, admiring her art.

"What do you think? Is it pretty?" Yiren asked happily.

She made all wooden walls look like covered in vines, adding the carvings of multiple cute animals.

"Rabbits jumping on the tree branches?" Xuefeng questioned with a smile to which Yiren nodded eagerly. "Yes! Aren't they cute?"

"Not as cute as you."

"Hehe," Yiren giggled at his compliment and hopped on the bed with him, cuddling into his chest.

He already waited when she will take advantage that they were alone.

"You know, even if Ling and Ming help you with training, you can still make a journal. How about I help you?" Yiren proposed. "Mom made me keep a diary so I can practice my writing. I can write it for you."

She didn't wait for his agreement and kissed him deeply, rolling to her stomach next to him. A book in wooden covers tightened with a few vines appeared in front of her and she opened it happily. There were hundreds of pages stacked on top of each other, all clear and neatly cut.

"I made it for myself as I wanted to write my own diary but we can use it for you," Yiren explained, preparing her a pen with an automatic ink disperser inside of it.

"Alright, you are the boss," Xuefeng agreed without arguing, seeing how happy she was.

He laid on top of her and embraced her as she began to write with neat symbols on the paper.

'Day 1, Hidden Realm.'

"I will write it like my diary, showing my experiences with you. It will be easier for me this way," Yiren reported as Xuefeng put her hair on one side, kissing her neck gently.

"Mhmm, I don't mind," Xuefeng nodded, focused on massaging her body instead, casually glancing at the diary from time to time.

'It was a bright sunny day when we arrived in the Hidden Realm. It didn't take long before I made my first friend. His name was Bobby and he loved to eat leaves. Unfortunately, I was careless and both of us got kidnapped by birdie who turned out to be a beautiful Phoenix.

She turned out to be nice to me and we became friends as well but she killed Bobby which made me sad. A crazy old man appeared after a while and I tricked him, stealing his Elemental Stone that Xuefeng needed. I was worried when he decided to attack him but we managed to kill him in the end.

We also built a house, finally having our own space. Just Xuefeng and us, all loving each other. I was laying with Xuefeng on the bed and he hugged me tightly, leaving constant kisses on my neck. I'm really happy being around him. He is my sunshine.'

Yiren's voice leaked as Xuefeng covered her with his body, pressing his whole weight on her. He was like a furious beast, fierce and powerful, attacking as if his life was on the line.

"Don't you want to visit the Heaven Realm? Explore all the exotic places and make new cute friends?" Xuefeng questioned with a soft smile, kissing her as if a bribe.

Yiren hesitated hugged him, giving him a final offer, "Okay, I will agree to fifty-fifty… No less."

"Haha," Xuefeng laughed and pulled them up, letting her sit on his lap. "Okay, you win."

Just as he agreed, they heard steps outside the bedroom and saw Lisa walking into the room with Wu, talking with each other.

"We also need a nice storage room for all the herb— Ah!" Lisa explained to Wu only to jump, exclaiming in surprise at the sight of their naked bodies hugging together.

Yiren leaned on Xuefeng's shoulder and beckoned at them.

Lisa seemed to be thrown into a state of panic as if she realized the very thing she was waiting for could happen right now. On the other hand, Wu didn't mind the pressure, knowing exactly what she wanted.

She grasped Lisa's hand and pulled her towards the bed. That was the least she could do as a fellow sister as from then on, it was up to their individual ability to how much benefits they can rip.

'Day 2, Hidden Realm.

We woke up all together after a long night, my body all aching from the intense training. We wanted to sleep in but Xuefeng didn't let us. With just one kiss, he gave everyone enough energy to get up.

We finally started our first training in the Hidden Realm. Both big sisters Ming and Ling appeared and led Xuefeng, setting up a personal plan for him. He started by training his new abilities as well as taming the power of his Elemental Bracelet.

It has been a week since our adventure began. Xuefeng didn't expect that mastering Time Manipulation would be so hard but he finally succeeded! He quickened time flow around his body, trying to run from one end of the nest to the other in the shortest time possible.

It's unfortunate but it turned out extremely hard. Xuefeng found out it was easier to change the time flow of a big space rather than manipulating a small space only around him. Once he started to move, he had to constantly change the time flow together with him which turned out to be extremely challenging.

Not only that, but the Fate Qi consumption was also much higher as well which didn't really pay off in the end. Teleporting to the other location instead seemed like a much easier and more efficient method.

'Day 27, Hidden Realm.

He finally did it! Xuefeng ran across the whole peak in a blink of an eye! He was so fast I couldn't even sense his position anymore. We finally realized how powerful such a method was. When one teleport, the enemy can always chase after in the same way but by changing the time flow, no enemy would be able to react.

Xuefeng disappeared without leaving any marks in the space that would let his enemies track him down. I can finally feel at ease, knowing he can always escape as long as he has enough Fate Qi left to spare. It is hard to even imagine what fighting capabilities such ability had.

Because everyone was out hunting and Lisa was busy making pills after gathering high ranked herbs from the jungle, Xuefeng celebrated his success with me.

Just as Xuefeng reached his usual state of peace, becoming one with the wind around him, he heard a cute voice coming from below.

the soft grass they grew.

It has been almost half a year since they arrived in the Hidden Realm and the place slowly felt like a second home.

Yiren pouted when she heard his question and pinched his cheek, "What do you mean what happened? Did you forget what day it is?"

"Huh? What day?" Xuefeng asked confused, already losing the track of time.

What irony.

He could manipulate the time flow yet after training for so long, he already stopped paying attention to dates. If not for Yiren's Diary, he would forget how long they have been here.

"It's your seventeenth birthday! Come, we prepared something special for you!" Yiren called out excitedly, unable to be mad at him. "There is a cake, wine, and presents for you!"

His feet sank in the green floor as she pulled him towards the garden. He didn't know how did she convince the Phoenix but now the whole mountain top was filled with greenery, looking like a floating garden from afar.

The girls had a good relationship with the Phoenix, even giving her a name that she never had.

She seemed to be enjoying the softness of the new grass, preferring it over the cold and hard ground.

Since each of them hunted daily to train their battle skills, Bella could solely focus on cultivating as there was enough food already. "Thank you, Bella," Xuefeng acknowledged politely, knowing she gave him a huge favor. The beasts in the Realm were still dangerous for most of them so he didn't want to risk too much.

"Yiren, I said you all didn't need to prepare anything… I'm fine with just your presence around me. I don't need any presents," Xuefeng pointed out, seeing all the food on the table and homemade grill they made.

He felt guilty for only spending evenings with them after training the whole day but there was nothing he could do, Ming's training regime was really tight. He could quicken the time to finish all his plans earlier but the loss of Fate Qi wasn't worth it.

"Don't worry, you will love our present!" Yiren assured and called out to everyone, "I brought him!"

"It smells delicious as always," Xuefeng commented as he took a big waft of the scents lingering in the air. "What meat are we eating?"

Instead of a reply, he heard one big scream and soon found himself surrounded, his body squeezed from all sides.

"Xuefeng! Happy Birthday!"

"Thank you all. Will I get a kiss from everyone before you suffocate me?" Xuefeng joked, making everyone release him while giggling and fulfill his wish, kissing him one by one.

He made sure to sleep with them every night, satisfying all of their needs yet soft kisses during the day felt completely different, bringing him a special joy.

"Come, meat is almost ready!"

He got quickly dragged to the table and sat on the seat of honor.

"Wuying and Wen were in charge of cooking today," Yiren pointed out as she placed a wooden plate with neatly cut steaks in front of him.

The meat was rosy on the inside yet grilled on the outside with juices flowing out. Just the way he liked it. Red wine was also poured to him and the cup placed in his hand as if they insisted he was not supposed to do anything during his birthday.

When the girls offered to feed him as well, he had to stop their services, "Don't worry… I'm not handicapped. I can eat by myself. You should sit down and eat with me instead."

They were acting strange, looking really excited. If they could, they would be jumping up and down like little kids. "Why are you so hyper today? Can't you relax for a moment?"

He cut one steak and ate a slice. The meat immediately melted in his mouth when the girls gazed at each other.

"We are excited because of our present," Tianshi explained, pulling out a small box, the size of a palm. "We made something special for you, putting all of our hearts and souls in it."

His eyes widened, all of their faces showed it was really special for them. He didn't waste time and put down his fork, cleaning his face and hands to accept their present properly. He knew they wouldn't be able to wait for much longer.

"Okay, I'm ready," Xuefeng said when both Ming and Ling appeared next to the girls, joining in the fun.

"We helped too," Ming announced proudly.

"Huh? You all prepared something behind my back? Now I'm even more interested," Xuefeng wondered.

"Yes, it wouldn't be possible without Ming's and Ling's help," Tianshi confirmed and walked forward, placing the box on his palms. "We all love you and want to be with you forever. This Artefact is the symbol of our love for you."

"Oof, now you made me scared to open it. The pressure you built up is unreal," Xuefeng commented, holding the box firmly.

Just as he was about to open, Nuwa joked, "What if we want to get rid of you and the box will explode?"

"Nuwa!" Everyone scolded right away and only Xuefeng laughed, opening the box with a joyful smile.

He didn't know he would freeze, feeling immense soul energy coming from the inside of the box.

"This is…"

"When I said we made it with our hearts and souls, I wasn't joking. We literally used our blood and part of our souls to create it," Tianshi explained.

A simple bracelet made from colorful crystals and a string laid inside the box, illuminating his palms with its light. Anyone could tell it wasn't an ordinary Artefact with just a single glance.

"I can feel it… Your presence within the crystals…" Xuefeng muttered amazed, grazing his fingers across the crystals.

Each stone was beating like a real heart, one faster, one slower but each giving a healthy rhythm.

"Each crystal represents one person. Once they get mortally hurt, the crystal will crack and once they die, it will turn into dust. Parts of our souls live within the crystals so you will have to keep them alive but it won't be a problem," Ming added as one of the creators.

"Are your souls alright?" Xuefeng asked worriedly. "It must have hurt to split them."

No matter how precious the present was, their safety was his priority. Thankfully, he was worrying for nothing.

"Don't worry, we are already healed. It didn't hurt much too," Xiao Wen assured and called out excitedly, "Quick, wear it!"

They seemed satisfied with his reaction and he was indeed shocked. He wore the bracelet on his free hand and suddenly all the heartbeats mixed together, acting like subtle wrist massage. That wasn't its main feature though. It was the ability to know his wives' condition at all times.

"This is honestly the best gift I could have ever asked for," Xuefeng praised and stood up, extending his arms.

Everyone knew this sign very well and dove into his arms, hugging all together in a group embrace. "I love you all."

"How did you even make it?" Xuefeng questioned as they separated. "I understand the soul part but blood?"

Ming only shrugged. "Soul slips are quite common. Even your Sect has one but Blood Curses are quite rare. There was a hidden clan that specialized in them, causing trouble for powerful cultivators so they were wiped out. I think the clan was already forgotten by everyone but I just happened to have records of their arts I could make use for your gift."

"I wanted to learn but big sis doesn't want to teach me…" Wuying complained while pouting but Ming didn't budge. "I'm doing it for your own good. All of their curses were evil, meant to torture and bring pain. The one we used was the only one that was meant for good. Lovers would gift each other such crystals to show their feelings. All I did was connect the curse with the soul slip and you can see the results."

"Great results indeed," Xuefeng confirmed. "I can even recognize each of you."

He touched one stone after another, calling their names, "This is Wen… This is Tianshi… This is Nuwa, calm as always. And this must be Lisa, your heart is beating really fast. Are you okay?"

The stone was vibrating much faster than the others. When everyone looked at her, she blushed, walking in front of him.

"I have a personal present for you."

In her hand, a vial of pills, fourteen to be exact, all bright red with a tint of yellow

in them.

"What do they do?" Xuefeng asked curiously, accepting the vial. The pills had to be special if she was this embarrassed.

Lisa took a deep breath and introduced her product, "We know you didn't start cultivating properly yet because you train your abilities first so I made a pill to help you with that. Now you can train during the day and cultivate at night, with us."

"Oh!" Xuefeng exclaimed, finding it interesting. "So it helps with Spirit Qi gathering? I did cultivate with Ling but I don't mind quickening the process when I can."

Each time he had sex with Ling, his body absorbed Spirit Qi from the air even if he wanted it or not. He tried to limit it to match his cultivation with his wives. He was already close to breaking through to the Monarch Stage when they have only been in the Hidden Realm for half a year. If they were meant to stay there for three years, he would ascend long before them at this rate.

He smelled inside the vial and was almost pushed away by the amount of condensed Qi inside. What was the most surprising was the sudden rush of blood in his body. He looked down and saw his friend awaken, ready for some action.

"Cough, one herb I collected had the same properties as an aphrodisiac. It acted as a perfect catalyst so I didn't have a choice but to add it," Lisa explained with a dry cough. "The pills don't help with Qi gathering as they already have immense Qi inside of them. The best thing is that it can benefit both partners and quicken their cultivation."

"Lisa! You are a genius! Why didn't you say anything? We would help!" Yiren called out excitedly and everyone nodded eagerly, knowing exactly what such pill implied.

"I wanted it to be a surprise…" Lisa muttered. "Also, I wasn't sure if I can make them. The pill should already surpass Rank 9 as all the herbs used don't come from the Earth Realm. Almost all had abnormal levels of Qi condensed inside them and it was really hard to manage them."

"Amazing!" Xuefeng called out happily. "We should definitely use one today for the test but we shouldn't overuse. I want all of you to master your abilities and Elements before you focus on Cultivation. That's our last problem."

The ladies nodded when Nuwa raised her complaints.

"This is not fair. I am already at a peak when it comes to Cultivation. I cannot Dual Cultivate with you. I request additional sessions before or after!"

"Don't worry, I won't mistreat you," Xuefeng assured and pulled her into his arms. "Are you unsatisfied lately? I remember you crying yesterday that you can't move anymore or was it all a dream? You slept right after so maybe you don't recall."

Nuwa pursed her lips and didn't comment. Since Xuefeng could manipulate time, they could have all the time they needed and he finally defeated her yesterday, breaking her limits.

"Haha," Xuefeng laughed when she hid in his chest, hugging him and he embraced her as he gazed at the rest. "Thank you once again. Now I can feel at ease when you distance yourself from me. I will always have you near me, even when you are away. I love you all."

"We love you more," Nuwa replied for everyone and shamelessly claimed his lips, also for everyone.

Smack!

A heavy hand landed on Nuwa's butt when she didn't let go for more than a minute but that was like a reward for her, having no impact at all.

"Nuwa! You are doing it again!"

While the party was ongoing, Drakos was below them, inside the mountain. He has been digging a giant hole from the side to the get inside for months but he was getting closer and closer to the main mine, making him dig happily.

Even though he has been finding smaller chunks of Fate Stones, that wasn't his goal. Those were just his snacks to restore his energy as he dug endlessly. Naturally, they also contributed to his growth.

He was much bigger compared to half a year ago, being almost one meter tall. This was the main reason why Bella still didn't kill him, believing his story for now.

"I'm so close… Just a bit more…" Drakos muttered as he punched the wall once again.

Bang!

The wall exploded, sending big chunks everywhere, bringing him closer to his goal once again. There were no other methods of getting inside the mountain aside from blasting it apart with physical strength time and time again.

He asked Xuefeng to help him dig a hole but Earth Qi seemed to be useless the deeper one dug. The black rocks mixed with Fate Stones were just too dense and hard. The couldn't simply remodel them with Earth Qi.

"One more!" Drakos cried out once again, punching once again before he had to throw the debris out.

For the first time, the rocks didn't blast in his direction but instead, they fell forward.

Swoosh!

Stale air blew at his face as if happy it could escape outside. Drakos didn't mind it at all and instead breathed it deeply with a big grin on his face.

"I finally made it!"

Chapter 541 Bella"s Human Form *

Left and right, up and down, every wall was shining with golden light. Even with almost no light coming from the outside, the cavern was lit up. The grin on Drakos' face couldn't be bigger.

"Hahahahahahah!" He laughed loudly and hopped forward, entering inside. "One hundred… two hundred… three hundred…"

He began to count the overall value of the mine, taping each Fate Stone one by one. With each tap, the stones disappeared, entering inside the Storage Ring hanging around his neck. The more he collected, the happier he got. It felt like finding money on the street, earning without doing anything.

What was the best was the fact that the cavern was huge and he could barely see ten percent of it. Each Fate Stone was much bigger than normal, having a lot more Fate Qi stored inside.

"Just in this small room, I got almost a million Fate Stones in value! If I'm lucky, I can get at least ten million! Hahahaha!" Drakos burst out laughing after a few tens of minutes of collecting stones.

He wasn't even a bit bored with such activity, knowing he was closer to regaining his peak strength with each Fate Stone. He couldn't only depend on Xuefeng. If he did, the debt to pay later would be immense, too much for him to bother with.

"Second room!" He announced happily, moving through a narrow gap in the wall and his eyes widened, seeing even more and bigger Fate Stones.

"This…" He was speechless as his gaze focused on the middle section where a giant Fate Stone was rooted to the ground.

It was taller than his own body!

His eyes were glued to it and his mouth opened unconsciously, drolling. Before he knew, Drakos was already hugging the golden crystal, calculating it's value.

"O-one Million…" He stuttered, barely able to talk anymore only to burst out laughing once again. "Hahahahaha! Bella, get ready for smacking! Once I absorb the whole mine, we will see who is more powerful!"

'Day 182, Hidden Realm.

We survived… The night on Xuefeng's birthday was nothing but easy and calm. It was the longest night so far, praise you, Lisa. I have never seen Xuefeng this energetic. Just one pill created so much chaos.

When he entered me, my body burned with a strange fire, making me hot all over. Aside from crazy pleasure that made me go blank, my Cultivation exploded. As I and mom are already at the peak, we couldn't really cultivate but it turned out we can still use the powers of the pill to reinforce our Qi, making it much stronger.

Tianshi had the biggest growth from us all, directly breaking to the new stage, closing the gap between us. With such a pill, there was no way anyone would be lagging behind.'

'Day 365, Hidden Realm.

One year passed! Today Bella announced she is close to breaking through and decided to seclude herself. We will finally have a

new sister joining us, I'm so excited. Though, I will miss her soft feathers.

Surprisingly, Drakos also returned that day, his body much bigger than before. He was almost five-meter tall, with a thick dark blue tail and long wings that spread far and wide. The force created by the mountain didn't affect his flying anymore. What's more, he regained his flames, finally spewing something else other than curses from his mouth.

He immediately challenged Bella for a fight yet she wasn't available, making him salty. As punishment for screaming, I made him fly me around on his back, hehe.

Oh! And Xuefeng finally joined us in the battle training!'

"Aaaah… Took me a year but I finally did it!"

Bella called out as she stretched her wings, waking up from her sleep. She lit up her body in flames and aside from feeling that her flames were more powerful, nothing else changed. But that wasn't what her mind was occupied with.

She could finally change into her new humanoid body!

Taking a look around her house made by Yiren she made sure she was alone and closed her eyes. Colorful flames wrapped her body, dancing around her till she disappeared within them.

A moment later, her flames began to lessen until they took the shape of a human.

Flames were her and she was flames.

Swoosh!

She waved with her hand and the flames separated from her, revealing her new naked body.

"Feels weird…" Bella commented, moving with her limbs while checking out her new body. "So short… How can I attack from such a short-range?"

She swung with her arm as if sending flaming feathers out yet nothing happened.

"Oof, I guess I will need to create some new moves for this body…" Bella commented, creating a fireball on top of her palm. "And my voice…"

She grabbed onto her throat, finding herself sound much different, sweeter, and more delicate. How could a powerful Phoenix as her sound so innocent?

"At least my skin is tender…" Bella muttered, feeling her face then her hair and finally her body. She got used to her soft feathers so she was happy at least that stayed behind.

Then, she noticed something heavy and squishy at the front. She couldn't help but feel weird when she pulled on the two rosy things sticking out of them.

"What's the purpose of those lumps of fat on my chest? I saw other girls have it but it seems useless…" Bella pointed out as she rubbed the two softies. "I guess I will need to ask the rest. They have such bodies for much longer."

She continued to explore and her eyes widened when she reached her lower belly and touched the little bean at the top.

"It kinds of feels good…"

It was quite an interesting feeling so Bella investigated further, rubbing it with her fingers. The more she did, the more pleasure she felt, feeling weaker on her legs.

Ahh!

An uncontrollable moan escaped from her mouth which scared her. She quickly covered her mouth and looked down, no longer touching herself. After a while, she finally returned to normal, regaining her strength.

"How is that safe?!" she actually got angry, not expecting her body would have such a weakness. "What if my enemies find out about it and use it against me? I need to ask the girls how they got rid of this problem."

Bella didn't wait and rushed out of her house.

Xuefeng and his wives had their usual dinner time, eating the beasts they hunted just earlier. Since he joined them in hunting, they started eating together as well, allowing them to spend a lot more time together.

"Xuefeng, how about we face the White Claw tomorrow? We should be able to deal with him with our current strength. He still didn't enter the Immortal Stage so we can beat him now," Wuying asked as they ate, preparing the plan for their tomorrow hunting.

"Xuefeng! Don't look!" His wives immediately scolded, covering his eyes.

At the same time, Drakos who has been hunting returned, landing next to them.

"Haha! You finally left! I challenge you t— Cough! Why are you naked?!"

Chapter 542 Poor Drakos

"Oh, I finally get it!" Bella exclaimed as she listened to the girl's explanation. "So it's not a weakness but actually a human reproductive system? That's actually interesting."

"Yes, exactly. Also, you can't go out naked. You have to always wear clothes, okay?" Yiren reminded sternly, holding Bella by the shoulders as if she was her little sister.

"But I was always naked. What's the problem with being naked?" Bella asked confused, tilting her head.

Yiren lent Bella her own dress which matched her perfectly, wrapping around her curves.

"Let's say that there are many guys who will lust over your body if you show too much. That's why you wear clothes to protect yourself. If you don't, you will be targeted by old men who want to assault you and exploit your body," Yiren explained.

"I'm not scared. If they want to fight I will burn them to ashes," Bella replied confidently.

"I don't deny that but it's still better to keep your body private. It's something only your lover should see. Just listen to us and you will be fine," Yiren assured and the rest confirmed.

They were all gathered inside their bedroom while the boys were left outside for obvious reasons.

"Didn't you see how Xuefeng and Drakos reacted? It's really dangerous to be naked outside, especially in the Heaven Realm. You will be like a sun, gathering attention from everyone," Nuwa added. "It's for your safety."

"Us Phoenixes live the life of solitude but I understand," Bella finally nodded, no longer arguing. "I will wear your clothes. They are comfy anyway. I can get used to them. Please take care of me. I still have a lot to learn if I want to live within humans."

The girls finally sighed in relief.

"We shouldn't let her roam free once we leave this Hidden Realm else someone will scam her," Tianshi proposed and reminded, "Remember you can't talk to strangers. You should always stay with us once we go outside."

"Okay~" Bella replied sweetly, showing a rare smile.

'We should also keep Bella away from Xuefeng,' Xiao Wen proposed in their channel and they all agreed. "Yes."

Only then did they all leave outside to the garden and saw Xuefeng talking with Drakos.

"We explained everything to her. She won't make the same mistake again," Yiren called out as she presented Bella while holding her hand.

"I didn't know the rules in the human world were this complicated," Bella shrugged, not really remorseful about her mistake.

"Don't

worry, as long as you understand now," Xuefeng replied with a bitter smile, scratching himself on the head. "I really didn't want to see anything. You caught us by surprise."

"I don't really care about that. Don't worry," Bella assured and glared at Drakos, pointing at him with her slim finger. "You! Do you remember your promise?"

"Ehem, of course, I do. How could I forget?" Drakos replied, sounding embarrassed.

He looked away, avoiding her gaze.

"You promised to help me speed up my cultivation once I reach Celestial Stage," Bella repeated. "I can see that your method is working well so I believe you. What do I have to do?"

"Wait…" Drakos froze. "You want to do it immediately? Don't you want to enjoy your human body for a while at least? At least until we reach the Heaven Realm."

"Why would I do that?" Bella questioned while squinting her eyes. "I don't care about that at all. I want to start as soon as possible. You grew so fast in just a year and a half. If I try now, I will just need a few years to regain my power back and even more."

"Huh? You know how much Fate Stones is required to achieve it?" Xuefeng asked confused and gazed at Drakos. "Did you tell her?"

Drakos couldn't reply as Bella was first.

"He didn't tell me a specific number and only said that as long we have enough resources its possible. He also mentioned the mine underneath the mountain."

"He didn't go down for one year already. I'm sure he already cleaned the whole mine and absorbed everything," Xuefeng replied.

"What?!" Bella exclaimed, her palms suddenly bursting with flames. "So you dared to lie to me?!"

"Hey! I didn't lie! As long as we have enough Fate Stones, I can help you! It's just I don't even have enough for myself, not to mention repeating the whole process with you," Drakos defended himself only to dodge the fireball flying in his direction.

"So you can't help me! You lied!" Bella called out angrily, even though she only looked cute rather than scary. "I will kill you!"

"Wait! I promised I will help you so I will! I know a place with many Fate Stones!" Drakos cried out, dodging multiple attacks and eventually running away, not even trying to retaliate.

"Liar! I don't believe you anymore! You could have said so earlier!" Bella called out, chasing after him. "Come and fight me! You wanted to challenge me before, why are you running?!"

Drakos and Bella ran away but they didn't even try to help him. It was clear Drakos had a lot more counter play as a dragon than Bella. She was still clumsy, only recently changing.

"Poor Drakos. He dropped his thoughts of getting revenge on her the moment he saw her. I think he fell for her," Xuefeng commented casually but that created a chaos in the lady's minds.

"What?! Drakos fell for Bella? How?"

Xuefeng got quickly surrounded as the girls entered into gossiping mode.

"Yeah, he was like frozen when you left with Bella. I had to slap him to wake him up. I thought he would prefer some female dragons but he is surprisingly attracted to humanoid beasts instead," Xuefeng explained amused. "Can they even be together?"

"Oof! Thats… unbelievable."

"Well, look for yourself," Xuefeng shrugged, pointing with his gaze at Bella who was dragging Drakos back. The poor Drakos was held by one of his horns.

"I decided to spare him for now. We will visit the Heaven Realm and check this 'stash' he was talking about. If he lied again, this will end badly," Bella announced.

"I didn't lie. It's true!" Drakos called out only to have his neck twisted as if punishment for speaking out.

"Shush, you already said your piece," Bella silenced him and to everyone's surprise, Drakos didn't argue, replying obediently, "Yes…"

"I think I can see it…" Wuying muttered as she stared at the two and others nodded.

"See what?" Bella asked curiously.

"Oh, its nothing. Don't worry."

Chapter 543 Let"s Go Home

Roaaaaaaaar!!!

The Immortal Stage Beast bellowed, sending a shockwave with just its voice alone. The hybrid between the lion and a tiger was trapped with no escape inside a canyon.

Bang!

Xiao Wen deflected the incoming attack with her sword, standing at the front with Wuying.

"We did it! It cannot escape anymore!" Yiren called out excitedly and turned around, smashing her foot on the ground.

Rumble!

A thick wall rose at the exit, locking them up with the beast. Countless roars and scratching resounded immediately from the other side of the wall but Yiren wasn't really bothered, keeping her hands on the wall.

"Go! I will hold them off till the leader is dead!" She called out courageously to which everyone nodded, turning to face the Immortal Stage Beast in front of them.

It was the last group leader in the Hidden Realm, one of the most powerful. They already killed all of the other leaders over the course of last year while leaving most of the underlings alone.

They didn't want to ruin the realm's ecosystem by killing most of the beasts. There will always be a new leader from the survivors but once the whole pack was wiped out, they wouldn't magically appear once again.

Grrrrrrrr…

Five meters tall Immortal Beast glared at them, scratching the ground with its claws while growling, its lush mane burning with flames. It has been chased by them for over a week and it was smart enough to know how powerful they have become.

Too bad, it didn't have a choice but to face them.

"It's already wounded, barely breathing. Just end him," Drakos called out casually from above, standing at the edge of the cliff, overseeing the battle just in case.

If the Immortal Beast tried to run away again, he would just smack it back inside with Bella. They didn't help their group at all in hunting as that would be pointless. Same reason why Xuefeng didn't use his Elemental Bracelet in any of his battles, aiming to improve his battle skills instead.

"You think they are blind or what? They were the ones who wounded him so they obviously know," Bella scolded, pinching him on the cheek. "Just watch. Don't disturb them."

She was sitting on his back, already treating him like her personal pet yet he didn't seem to mind.

"Watch out for his flames!" Xuefeng warned, recognizing the incoming attack.

They were already familiar with its abilities after many battles with it.

"Don't worry! I got it!" Xiao Wen volunteered, her sword and arms already wrapping up with Fire Qi.

Just as the Immortal Beast was about to send its wave of flames, it stopped, no longer gazing at Xiao Wen. Aiming at the walls of the canyon above them, it spat multiple fireballs instead.

"Don't even think about it!"

Xiao Wen extended her hand and exploded the fireballs one by one while the rest of the group rushed forward.

Did it really think they would just sit and watch?

Princess Shan slid on the wall of ice, bombarding one side with ice swords.

Wuying sent multiple blood shackles,

piercing through the beast's legs.

And Xuefeng was already above the beast, his Dragon Edge piercing straight down.

Tens of Xuefeng's copies appeared next to him and all collapsed at the beast at the same time.

A painful cry resounded in the canyon as the beast dropped to the ground with tens of holes inside its body, quickly followed by angry cries of the whole pack. They realized their leader was killed and wanted revenge.

Hundreds of beast began smashing against the wall, sending all attacks they could to break through the wall.

"I'm here," Nuwa assured her daughter as she suddenly appeared next to her, reinforcing the wall.

She was the flexible support, appearing on each front whenever she was needed, protecting everyone. If Xuefeng was losing, she would be right there to support him. If someone broke through their defenses, she would be there to face them.

Naturally, they were flexible. Knowing they were safe from the sides, Xuefeng launched his offense and Shan joined them as well, leaving the back-line for Wu and Yi.

"We collect the Spirit Artefact and leave. Get ready," Xuefeng repeated the usual, standing on the beast's back.

Xuefeng couldn't keep the body in Ling's world unless the Spirit already form the artefact.

Just as he expected, the Spirit Artefact had Fire Element attribute, knowing that most abilities the Immortal Beast had been fire-related.

"Wen, it's yours."

Xuefeng didn't hesitate and passed it to Xiao Wen before Ling sucked the giant body into her world. They have been collecting a lot of them over the past year. Some were eaten while the other could be sold, as a great material for crafting.

"Everyone, gather!" Xuefeng called out and the girls grouped up around him.

Only Yiren and Nuwa stayed behind, still holding the wall only to rush towards them.

Crack!

The wall cracked immediately, beasts constantly banging against it, and fell right after. Hundreds of beasts spilled inside like a wave, chasing after the two.

Suddenly, the wind blew from the entrance and wrapped around them, lifting them up in the air.

"Xuefeng!" Yiren called out, reaching out and he caught her into his arms.

"You did well," Xuefeng praised while kissing her on the head.

"Hehe."

Although she became much more mature after years of fights, she still liked to act cute in front of Xuefeng. Some things just didn't change.

"Everyone, it's time to go home," Xuefeng announced in the air and although everyone was reluctant, they nodded, following their plan.

"Mom, dad. We are coming back."

The moment Liu Mei heard those words coming from a random cultivator on the street, her heart tightened, skipping its beat like never before.

She tried to forget.

She tried to throw away those innocent and immature feelings many times.

She thought she finally moved on.

Yet it turned out she never forgot him.

He was always in her heart, only slumbering for a little while.

The person who watched the beautiful sunset with her on the top of the building tightened his embrace around her, also hearing the shouts.

He was much more mature compared to three years ago, his strength known by everyone in the Capital. More calm and stoic, no longer affected by his childish emotions.

Liu Mei was the same. They called her Lady Mei, the Spear God. The two naturally got together as they grew older, always staying with each other while Xuefeng slowly became a memory in their heads.

"But… I have you now…" Liu Mei muttered, turning around to face him.

At some point, she realized who was the one who cared for her the most. He was always by her side. Always protecting her. Xuefeng didn't. She was the one who chased blindly after him, idolizing him from young.

Then why was her heart beating so fast when she heard his name? Why did she still have feelings for him? He was never interested romantically in her. Treating her like little sister this whole time.

"It's okay…" Wu Kong replied calmly while caressing her cheek. "If you don't meet him again, you will regret it. Let's go."

"…" Liu Mei hesitated, suddenly feeling scared.

How will she face him?

Another guard informed her on the way and Liu Mei nodded politely, "I know already. Thank you."

They were already stopped by the third patrol after they recognized her so they didn't stop anymore.

"You are welcome! Everyone is in the Royal Garden! I heard there will be a feast!" the guard added as they flew past him. "Take care, Lady Mei!"

The Royal Garden was right at the front of the Liu Clan Palace. Even though they replaced the Royal Family and ruled the capital, they didn't change their name, not associating themselves with Royal Families at all.

"He is here!" Liu Mei called out anxiously, seeing a certain white-haired handsome man talking with Liu Xiaobei.

The man that caused her many sleepless nights.

She fixed her hair on instinct, conscious of how she looked when Wu Kong chuckled.

"You are beautiful. Don't worry."

Her hand froze and she put it down, smiling to him.

"I'm glad you are with me."

Wu Kong returned the smile with no additional words. They couldn't get close to everyone unnoticed and were discovered while still in the air.

Everyone turned their gazes and the two of them, suddenly making them the center of attention.

Xuefeng locked gaze with her and smiled, waving at her.

Thud. Thud.

They landed in front of everyone, Xuefeng, his parents, her parents, Xuefeng's wives, many elders, and high ranked guards.

"Little Mei! Look who came back!" Mu Lan called out, beckoning for her to come over but before she could, Xuefeng walked up to them instead.

Ba-dum! Ba-dum!

Her heart almost exploded.

What will he say? Will he try to get her back? Did he miss her?

"Congratulations. I heard you broke through recently," Xuefeng said happily, reaching out to pat her on the head only to hug her slim body into his own. "To think my little sister is so big and pretty already. Time sure flew fast."

Puff!

Her mind went blank.

'Little sister… I was always his little sister… He was always like this… He never changed…'

But…

Why was her heart beating so fast then? Why does her body still act strange whenever he touched her.

Just as Xuefeng tried to pull away, Liu Mei crashed into his arms once again, squeezing him tightly.

She didn't want to let go of him.

"Hehe, there, there. I missed you too," Xuefeng replied with a chuckle, rubbing Liu Mei's back. "Did Wu Kong took good care of you just as I told him to? If he didn't, you can tell me. I can always beat him up right now."

"He has been good to me…" Liu Mei muttered, suddenly feeling as if she was back to her old times.

Wu Kong was by her side the whole time since Xuefeng left, always cultivating and training together. Always hunting and hanging out.

But…

Her heart couldn't forget.

"Little Mei, I have something for you," Xuefeng suddenly called out, pulling her away from his arms.

Liu Mei gazed at him confused only for her eyes to widen.

"A spear!"

Xuefeng carried a black spear with a long blade.

"Yes, I heard they call you a Spear God and I just happened to get a few Spirit Artefacts from our adventure," Xuefeng explained. "I want you to have it."

Liu Mei didn't hesitate and grabbed the spear, immediately

feeling the power inside of it.

"It's even stronger than my Rank 9 Spear!" she called out excitedly. "What rank is it?"

She swung with the spear a few times, performing a few pierces and instantly fell in love with it.

"It came from an Immortal Stage Spirit Beast. It should be useful to you for a long time. Consider it as a present for working hard."

"Thank you, Xuefeng!" Liu Mei exclaimed, causing everyone who watched them from afar laugh.

She hugged him tightly, not giving up a chance to squeeze his body.

"Xuefeng, when do you plan to leave?" Liu Mei questioned curiously, pressing the spear into her chest.

She knew he wouldn't stay here for long and wouldn't take her with him. She used too much time mastering her spear arts instead of cultivating else she would definitely keep her promise.

"In two weeks."

That… She didn't expect it.

"Why so soon…?" Liu Mei asked sadly.

She wanted to spend more time with him before he leaves, deepen their bonds but she cheered up very quickly when a new plan formed in her head.

"Xuefeng, thank you for being my motivation to work hard. I will catch up and we will meet in the Heaven Realm. I promise!"

It wasn't the end!

"Sure, but make sure to travel with Wu Kong," Xuefeng reminded. "I don't want you to get hurt."

"I will protect her. Don't worry," Wu Kong assured, placing his hand on Liu Mei's shoulder.

Xuefeng nodded in approval and walked away, going back to the rest.

"Let's talk more during dinner."

The dinner was wholesome with many stories being shared but the focus quickly shifted to Bella who was curious about everything, always asking questions. When his parents learned she was a Phoenix who turned into a human just a year ago, they immediately began to feed her various delicacies from Earth Realm.

Unfortunately, poor Drakos couldn't join them, forced to hide inside the Elemental Bracelet. If he didn't, Heavens would immediately bring him to the Heaven Realm as he already surpassed the limits set in place.

Being in humanoid form, Bella could temporarily suppress her Cultivation Stage which allowed her to explore freely. The only issue was the time limit. The most she could suppress her cultivation was two weeks which marked the date of their departure.

Even though he wanted to stay longer as he didn't know when will be the next time he sees his parents, there was nothing he could do.

After dinner, everyone departed to their bedrooms, letting Xuefeng rest but when he entered the bedroom, he was quickly dragged by the girls for interrogation.

"Xuefeng, what did you talk about with my dad? You two left suddenly." Tianshi asked curiously. "You were away for fifteen minutes."

Xuefeng grinned in response and didn't answer, "It's a secret. You all will find out soon."

Since the attempted fail, Nuwa changed the topic to something else.

"Xuefeng, I got a perfect idea."

Just from those words alone, Xuefeng could figure out it was something involving killing. If it wasn't, she wouldn't ask for permission.

"I talked with the girls and they all agreed. Since we will be here for the next two weeks, how about we visit the Fate Organization once again? We should also find ourselves Fate Spirits and right now no one can stop us," Nuwa proposed. "Ming said she will help us as well."

"That's actually not a bad idea…" Xuefeng muttered, knowing they had to return to that topic some day. "But you have to go incognito, just in case someone takes revenge. Let's not risk anything."

Back when they first hunted for Fate Spirits, they couldn't simply kill everyone they wished as that would turn all Fate Holders against them. If Fate Holders began attacking his family in revenge, it would be a problem but now Liu Clan and Xiao Family had the Capital under control. Even if some Fate Holders attack, they won't be able to do much damage, especially with the assistance of the Forrest Elves.

"Okay, then it's decided," Nuwa nodded with a grin. "We will play with the Fate Organization after I return with Yiren in two days. She didn't see her grandmother for a while and I need to inspect my Kingdom. It seems Tangwei performed some changes which she asked me to inspect."

"I don't mind but you will have to do it without me," Xuefeng informed, scratching his head.

"You are not going with us?" Everyone asked surprised at the same time.

"I have a very important project that will busy for the next two weeks. I'm scared I won't finish so I will start right away. I don't want to spoil the surprise so you will have to wait."

Xuefeng didn't say anything else and simply kissed each wife before flying out through the balcony.

"See you in two weeks~"

The girls were dumbfounded, not expecting Xuefeng to suddenly leave but Ming who stayed behind assured them, "Don't worry, you will love the results. He is doing it for you."

Chapter 545 Ascension - End Of Book 1

Without Xuefeng, the two weeks flew past in a blink. It was to be expected but after close to two weeks, one day before the deadline, the girls felt depressed, having Xuefeng withdrawals.

"I miss him…" Yiren muttered unhappily, hugging onto Bella's stomach. "He is missing for so long… I want to hug him… I want to kiss him… Why didn't he come back yet…"

"Maybe we should search for him…?" Nuwa proposed, having the worst withdrawals from them all.

They didn't realize earlier how important was their daily closure with Xuefeng. Everyone got so used to sleeping together for the last three years that just two weeks was enough to destroy their minds.

"He said it's something important… But couldn't he come home to cuddle with us at night? He needs to sleep too…" Xiao Wen complained as well, laying on the bed with no will to stand up.

"Don't worry, I'm sure he will come back very soon," Bella assured, and coincidentally, Tianshi exclaimed right after.

"He is back!"

Just those words alone were enough to wake up everyone in the room, causing the girls to stand up abruptly and gaze at the balcony.

Thud.

Someone landed, wings fluttered.

It was him!

"I'm bac—"

He couldn't even finish his greeting as everyone cried out his name.

"Xuefeng!"

Before he could dodge, Xuefeng was already squeezed tight, surrounded by his wives.

"Whoa… What happened? Why so sudden?" Xuefeng questioned only to receive a set of upset gazes.

"You left us!"

"You come back for the night!"

"We were so lonely!"

All the complaints spilled together, drowning Xuefeng like a tsunami but he waited patiently for his turn to speak.

"Can I?" He asked when they finally finished grieving. "I'm sorry I couldn't be with you. I didn't sleep much the past two weeks to craft you all a special gift."

He pointed at the bracelet they gave him. "You presented me such a precious bracelet, so I wanted to craft something myself. I wanted to always be by your side, even when I'm not. I have been studying Artefact Crafting from Xiao Feng for the last two weeks and thankfully, I made it in time."

Xuefeng took a step back and bent his knee, pulling out a wide box from his ring.

Tianshi was the only one who covered her mouth, tears gathering at the corners of her eyes. She knew exactly what he was about to do.

"Tianshi, Nuwa, Yiren, Wuying, Wen, Shan, Wu, Lisa, Yi…" He spoke up their names from left to right with the brightest smile and opened the box, displaying two rows of golden rings with their names engraved on them.

"When I think of how my day would look without you, I cannot think of anything because I can't imagine one. It pained me greatly to leave you all for the last two weeks but I hope you can forgive me. Every moment with you is amazing and I am proud to be yours. Here, I present you the offer to make me the happiest man."

Xuefeng paused, observing their reactions before finishing.

"Will you marry me and allow me to spend the rest of my life with you?"

"Yes!" Tianshi cried out, throwing herself into his arms before kissing him deeply while holding his face with shaking hands. "I will marry you!"

She wasn't the only one that moved.

"Yes! Of course!" Xiao Wen and Wuying called out at the same time, quickly followed by the rest.

"Show me your hands then," Xuefeng called out and one by one, put the rings on their ring fingers, confessing his feelings, "I love you."

Ba-dum, ba-dum.

All of them felt his heartbeat and it was nowhere close to being calm.

"Not only can you feel my heartbeat but its also a Storage Ring you can use freely. Aside from that, all rings are connected, having a localization feature. Once we separate and get close to each other once again, they will vibrate. I couldn't split my soul into so many rings but hopefully, that is enough," Xuefeng introduced. "I don't plan to leave your side anyway."

"It's enough… I love it…" Yiren muttered ashamed as she rotated the ring on her finger. "I'm sorry I complained. You worked so hard to give us rings yet we only thought about ourselves and our desires…"

With Yiren's words, everyone realized how selfish they were just earlier.

"Hey, what's up with those sad faces? I thought it's time to celebrate?" Xuefeng questioned confused, and shrugged, walking past them to lay on the bed. "I guess no one wants to sleep with me today."

"Wait!!!"

Sad expressions swiftly replaced with smiles as nine wives chased after her husband.

Bella who has been watching the whole scene smiled and walked out of the bedroom without saying anything, giving them the privacy they needed.

She didn't really understand the concept of having a lover or to depend on someone else but after the last two weeks, she understood one thing.

Having a lover does bring more happiness to everyday life. It even made her want one as well but unfortunately, it was impossible.

'To think there are no male Phoenixes… Should I explore outside of my race?' Bella wondered, walking inside her own bedroom with that one question in mind, having the whole night to contemplate.

"Is everyone ready?" Xuefeng questioned, gazing at everyone in the circle.

They all sat cross-legged in their bedroom and calmed their minds while preparing their bodies for a breakthrough. It was the last day Bella could stay in the Earth Realm, already repeatedly hurrying them to breakthrough.

After saying their last goodbyes, they couldn't stall any longer.

"Yes," the girls nodded

firmly, everyone looking serious.

Ascending was never a joke. There was a reason why so many people failed to Ascend. For them, there was additional pressure. If they failed, they wouldn't be able to follow the rest, making them separate which was the worst possible outcome.

"Let your Fate Spirits help you merge your Dantian with your Soul. Don't be scared. Your Souls are much more durable than what you think," Ming explained the breakthrough and entered into Xuefeng's body, aiming to do exactly the same.

The rest girls who didn't have a Fate Spirit, successfully secured one after just one visit into the Fate Organization. It was hard to find only female Fate Spirits and a lot of blood spilled but now everyone had one.

"Let's do it. I believe in you," Xuefeng cheered them up and closed his eyes, proceeding with the breakthrough.

Everyone followed suit and the grand test began. All of them were at the peak of their stage with only one last step to complete.

Merging their Souls with their Dantian.

Bella watched them from the balcony, her hand pressing against her chest. She was calming down her body, trying to prolong her suppression but it seemed like she didn't have much time. She stayed outside in case she was forced to change back into her beast form.

Swoosh!

Just five minutes later, Nuwa flew out first, joining Bella. Even the Celestial Stage Phoenix was surprised feeling the power bursting from Nuwa's body.

"Your Soul is really powerful," Bella praised.

Swoosh! Swoosh!

Yiren and Lisa turned out to be the second to finish. Both had one of the best control over their Qi, one being the Master of Elements while the other a Master Alchemist.

One by one, the girls flew out until only Xuefeng was left inside the bedroom.

Nothing to be surprised about. He already mentioned he will wait for everyone to succeed before he starts.

Rumble…

The clouds already started gathering above their heads, signaling the arrival of the Heavens.

"Not good…" Bella suddenly muttered, only to be consumed by flames right after.

Screeeee!

Her giant form of the colorful Phoenix forced itself out of the humanoid body.

"I couldn't stop it anymore. Hopefully, Xuefeng will be fast," Bella called out, hovering above the palace. "Heavens seems to be pissed."

Everyone followed her gaze at the clouds indeed seemed to gather much faster than usual, right above Bella.

"The Portal is opening!" Yiren pointed at the sky and soon they saw a massive door of light above them.

They anxiously shifted their gaze back to the Palace, worried about Xuefeng when they saw him, flying out at that very moment.

"Don't worry, I'm here," Xuefeng assured as he joined them.

"You almost scared us to death!" Tianshi scolded and grabbed his hand, pulling him up. "Let's go. We cannot wait any longer. Heaven's Chains will fall any minute if we don't hurry."

They didn't forget how Xuefeng almost died, hurt by the chains.

Xuefeng frowned and ordered swiftly, "Nuwa, cover the back! Everyone, stick together!"

They launched themselves to the sky and the Phoenix shot forward, entering through the Ascension door without hesitation. Drakos who has been sitting inside his Elemental Bracelet suddenly appeared next to them and with one swing of his wings, he caught up to Bella.

They smirked to that move, knowing the truth and followed, passing through the entrance as well.

Success! They ascended all together!

The passage was filled with white light but far in the distance, there was a small dot indicating the exit. Or rather, the entrance to the Heaven Realm.

Tianshi squeezed his hand excitedly.

"New adventure is right in front of us. I'm so happy to share it with you."

"Me too. No matter what we face, we should make the best out of it and enjoy every day," Xuefeng suggested.

"Yes!"

Yiren suddenly flew up to him and grabbed his second hand, asking curiously, "Xuefeng, do you think I will get to meet a lot of new friends in that new Realm?"

"I'm sure of it."

"Wait! Something is not right…" Drakos suddenly called out, alarming everyone. "Look at the exit. We are not getting closer to it at all. How long do we have to fly there?"

"True… It's the same siz—" Xuefeng muttered but he didn't get to finish, his words cut by a sudden movement at the front.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Multiple white chains shot out from the white light, heading straight at Bella.

"Watch out!" Xuefeng cried out in warning but Bella's reactions were faster, already dodging with a swift tilt of her body.

Too bad, that wasn't enough.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Hundreds of Chains connected into a massive net, surrounding Bella from all sides. Even if she wanted to, there was nowhere to dodge.

"Ahh! Drakos!" Bella screamed for help as her body got dragged to a new exit created in the wall.

"Bella!" Drakos shouted back and followed after her, biting onto the chains to free her but the chains didn't budge.

He was dragged together with Bella and soon both of them disappeared, the exit closing right after they passed through.

"Fuck!" Xuefeng cursed, not understanding the logic. "What do you want?! We are moving to the exit! Why do you attack us?!"

'There needs to be an explanation! Heavenly Chains don't attack without reason!' Ming cried out in his mind, also clueless what was going on. 'Maybe Heavens wanted to punish Bella for breaking into Earth Realm?'

"What are we doing?" Nuwa called out, anxiousness clear on her face. "Should we push forward?"

They halted mid-air, but with what just happened, it wasn't the best solution. They needed to leave the passage as soon as possible.

"Let's move!" Xuefeng ordered, leading the charge.

'The Passage is not controlled by anyone. It had to be an automatic response to an offense. We should be fin— Watch out!' Ming explained only to cut her words short with another warning.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Another series of chains shot out, all of them heading in their direction.

How could they fight them all?!

"Stick together!" Xuefeng yelled, gripping Tianshi's and Yiren's hands but the chains instantly broke their group apart, wiggling inside through the obvious gaps.

Ahh!!

Yi's and Wuying's scream resounded through the passage, their bellies wrapped with chains and pulled back.

"No!!!"

Time Flow!

Momentarily, everything froze, moving in slow motion. A bit of hope awakened in Xuefeng's heart only to be crushed a second later when time returned to normal.

It didn't work!

"Ah! Xuefeng!"

Another two cries, this time from his left. Wen and Shan got caught by the chains, dragged away towards another exit.

They were gone.

Tianshi and Yiren instinctively hugged into his body. He couldn't throw them off to save others.

Save whoever he can!

That was the only thought in his mind.

Both his hands gripped the supports, Yiren and Tianshi while reaching out to Lisa with his legs, wrapping them around her stomach.

Even if the rest got separated, they could fight on their own. Those three couldn't. They were the priority.

"We will find you in Heaven Realm!" Nuwa cried out right before the chains got her too, grabbing her together with Wu. "Take care of Yiren!"

Another pair was gone.

"Hold onto me! We need to stay together!" Xuefeng ordered loudly, squeezing them as hard as he could when something pulled on Yiren's leg.

"Noooo!! I don't want to leave you!" Yiren cried, tears streaming down her face as she desperately held onto him, her only way to survive.

"I won't let you go!" Xuefeng promised determined and gazed at the new exit being created. "Let's enter it together!"

"Xuefeng! It caught my legs!"

Another chain, this time attacking Lisa.

"Hold on!"

Crack!

Just as Xuefeng called out, something hard tightened above his stomach, breaking one bone after another.

Then it pulled him and Tianshi in the opposite direction.

"Nooo! Don't let go! Please!" Yiren begged, her body dragged away until only their arms were locked.

Lisa held onto his leg but she was sliding fast, unable to get enough grip.

Pa!

Yiren's fingers disconnected.

Lisa's hands slipped.

He felt as if time stopped.

Yiren's crying face, Lisa's panicked expression.

Nuwa asked him to protect her yet he failed.

He couldn't stop it…

He couldn't save anyone…

No matter what he did, he couldn't win against Heaven's Will.

"I will find you!"

Even if his words didn't reach them, he will never rest until they are all back together.
