This book is my break from writing my other book, 'The Employed Empress', and also a practicing work, hence the slow update.
Hello! Thank you for picking this book up! But before you start please do read here! This is my second book and is not mainly written, so if you're not into slow update please drop this rather than giving it a poor review only base on 'update rate'. I'm practicing descriptive writing in here and trying to learn about the passive narration. So if 'wall of text' is not your taste, although I'll try to minimize them, please drop this too. As for the book theme, the focus will not be on revenge or face slaps. It will be eventful of course, but I think there are a lot of things to prioritize once you'd been reborn rather than revenge to make yourself feel better about your dead. If you come from reading my first book, 'The Employed Empress' you'll see a vast contrast with my two MC so don't bring your expectation with her here. But then, thank you for picking up another book from me!
The Title of this got me hooked to this novel. Such a melancholic felling behind the title. Synopsis is interesting & seems different from most reincarnation & revenge path based stories.
I read the summary and I think it's interesting. I think it goes along with the idea that she likes to sleep cause she's tired. But her enemies would not leave her alone and she will have to make a choice. Fight or Flight. I like "The employed Empress", so I think this is worth reading.
Oh! Oh! Another book with a great plot ah! I like how she's not a vengeful person and how tired she is with all of this! I must say that this is the first time I will read a story that she reincarnated but have no will for revenge or whatsoever she just want to forget all of this and rest. Thank you Author for another great book you share with us.
It's quite refreshing and more interesting when the heroine does not seek revenge from those who slandered and wronged her in the past, I looooove it!. She had a start over so she's not gonna waste this new life plotting or hating but live freely. Really an exceptional read from the author, sure hope it gets updated frequently.
I encountered this book by chance and I will admit it that I was not really hooked at first, maybe because of the so many revenge-rebirth stories that I have already read before but the thing that made me try this book is the fact that the summary stated how tired she already is despite planning her survival and revenge maybe (deduced after reading the published part). I also kinda liked the last part of the synopsis (not the part where the author states that this is just her break from writing her other story which is also really good, I'm reading it through my other account though. Give it a try also).. I'm really wondering who is the 'speaker' of those lines.... *** Me patiently waiting for updates since the author didn't state that the story is on hiatus 👥

I read authors previous book and I love it , so I have great expectations for this book. I have read preview and so far this book sound really interesting. I can't wait to see how plot and it's characters are going to develop.
I read another novel by this author the employed empress and found it unexpectedly good in time slip genre and even though I have just started reading this , I am sure this one would also be good.
