Daniel met Sean's stare and his friend squinted his eyes at him. "You really have changed... I was actually looking forward to seeing you get revenge on this woman." Sean said.
With his hands on his pockets, Daniel strode across the hall and stood next to his friend. "I already told you. These things don't interest me anymore."
"Can't blame you... how's Samantha? Are you guys...?"
"Working on it." Daniel leaned on the cold wall and pinched the bridge of his nose. He was about to get a headache for not having enough sleep.
"Where is she?"
"I sent her home."
"You pamper her so much, brother." Sean lit up a cigarette and blew the smoke out through his nose.
"She doesn't need to dirty her eyes, Sean. She's now a mother." Daniel waved a hand in the air to drive the smoke away from him.
Sean coughed at what he just heard, "What did you say?"
