Well our lad can be considered a Human grade blacksmith now / in introduction he was already a Basic grade .

Aunt Ming is well at least Earth grade Black smith.

Jiang Yue is considered only Earth rank blacksmith partially ,he has limit on how many he can create in period of time so he hardly makes any earth rank ones.

In River Spring there are only handful of earth rank weapons so he is more important. He has cultivation of Peak Martial Soldier rank similar to other major powers of city. But don't have any force under him like other major families.
