The Forest Spirit who sought the Gods
After the Gods of Time, Nature and the Elements created this world, they took a rest under the shade of a tree they created. Thanking their creation for helping them back with its shade, they gave the tree sentience, blessed him and called him a friend.
Now the Gods are half-asleep, content with only watching. The world has breathed for millenia, and the blessed tree still watches over the forest around himself. The world has changed and his life comes to an end, surrounded by loneliness.
Gathering what's left of his strength, he passes his torch on, in the hope of giving a last goodbye to his friends, wherever they may be and whenever they would see.
Meet and follow his first and last creation he passes his will to, a one of a kind forest spirit with... abilities (wouldn't want to spoil too much here now, would I?). Curious and cute, he will travel and meet new people, discovering the world he's in, to try and give a last goodbye to the three creation gods in his dad-tree's place.

This will be a world of humans, humanoïds, beasts, magic, and a heartwarming tale of travels across it. It won't always be butterflies, roses and friendship though, heavy moments are there too.
Also : depictions of violence, blood and gore, nudity, strong language, alcohol and other classic +17 stuff. To the reader's discretion.

Heyo, author here. Surprise, no "shameless 5 star". Because I'm a student and exams are part of life and I don't write enough to stockpile chapters, I can't guarantee the stability of updates. And because I'm new to writing (first novel, yey), I can't guarantee a plot-hole-proof story. However I'll always do my best to reduce or fill them if some get pointed out. I also strive to offer you the best quality of writing I have, spending hours on each chap re-reading eat and making sure it's good to go. Creating a coherent life system in this fantasy world is also in my objectives, so world-building is a central part of what i'll be able to write and what not. Finally, I hope I'm able to write decent characters and transmit emotions to you. Thinking a scene, writing it and reading it are so different from each other, and because I'm doing all three at the same time I may not adequately portray everything I want. A really cute novel. I love the little oak seed, he is so adubs! I want an oakbud plushie~~~! As for the story, love the world building and there is enough original ideas here that it makes me want to keep reading. No face slapping, because I'm getting real tired of that. Must read, if you like, you know, ACTUALLY original novels!!!
