CHAPTER 9

Ryan and I agreed to spend the night at a bar since it's Friday. We danced, we cuddled and we kissed.

I went outside to smoke while he remained at the bar. While smoking, a stranger approached me.

"Hi!"

"Hello"

"I'm Phil. You are?"

"Chris"

"Are you with you're boyfriend Chris?"

"Yes I am"

"Are you in an open relationship?"

"No. We're exclusive to each other"

"Oh, I thought you are in a open relationship because I saw your boyfriend last week kissing another guy"

"Maybe you're wrong. He hasn't been in this bar"

"I'm sure it was him"

Phil's revelation made me numb. If it's true, how could Ryan do this to me and who was that guy he kissed.

Ryan and I went home but I didn't spoke to him about what I learned. I just kept silent as if nothing happened.

"Chris, before you confront him, you need to gather evidences"

"That's what I'm going to do auntie, I'll gather up evidences"

It has been a week now since the incident in the bar. I started gathering evidence to prove Ryan's infidelity.

One day, I found the evidence that I've been looking for. A used condom in the pocket of his pants.

That night, I waited for Ryan to get home so I could finally confront him.
