Couldn't Sleep

Damon was drinking his coffee and feeling restless when Erick suddenly woke his spirit up with a loud noise.

Damon raised his eyebrows to look at Erick even though he feels sleepy..

"Holy Sh*t!! He's back!!!" Erick exclamed as he he held his phone infront of Damon's face...

"Huh??? Who??" Damon was not in his senses today because he feels as though his bady was awake the whole night yet his consciousness was asleep and he could feel the black marks below his eyes...

"What happened to you, Damon???" Lily asked with a confused look as he sipped her milk tea...

"Well... *yawn* I *yawn* feel so restless... Like something used my body and is awake for the whole 24 hours yesterday and *yawn* never mind... *yawn* maybe I'm just feeling restless because the NLGC is getting closer and closer--- day by day... Don't mind me..." Damon said as his head dropped down on the table, drifting to sleep...

Kent looked at Erick with confusion.

"Who??" He asked..

"Code Z..." Erick answered.

Kent couldn't help but drop the pen he was holding...

"The real one??"

"There are suspicions about him not being the real Z and that Z got hacked because that person already left the gaming industry, saying his goodbye forever... Though I have a gut that it really is him..." Erick explained.

"Why are you acting as if Code... uh... I don't know what letter or number but... why are you acting as if that person is someone important. I'm sure he's just a huge waste of time." Yvonne rolled her eyes..

"Yve, Don't tell me that you dont know Code Z???" Kent asked Yvonne

"Code Z, Code 1, 2, 3, 4 ,or whatever number or letter it is l don't care... Psh... I'm sure I could kill that guy within 2 minutes." If you look closely in Yvonne's eyes you would be able to clearly see the cockiness inside her pinkish eyes..

"Yve, answer my question... Have you ever defeated Erick or Damon in a 1v1 duel." Kent asked even though he knew the answer for his question.

"No, they are stronger than me that's why they are aliased as the Devine Emperor and The Grace Emperor." Yvonne admitted

"Well, even if you place us in a 1 v 2 fight with Code Z it is still certain that both me and Damon will lose" Erick said as he looked at the tattoo in his arm as if he was reminiscing a distant memory.

"He's that strong!?!?!" Yvonne exclaimed

This statement from Yvonne awoke Erick from his daze.

"He is..." Those were the only words that came out of Erick's mouth..

Yvonne was shocked when she herd this statement from the Erick whom she knew was unbeatable..

She started to lose hope about winning the competition when a thought suddenly replenished her fighting spirit!

"He didn't say anything about joining the National League Gaming Competition, right??" She asked...

"Don't worry.... I'm sure that Z has his reasons and he won't be an enemy..." Erick regained his composure and smiled...

"Are you sure about that???" Kent asked...

Erick nodded

"Damn!! Code Z is just too cool!!! I will make sure to log onto Matrixx later evening and see if I'll be able to get a glimpse of him playing and if I'm lucky I'll even be able to make him carry me for a round!!"

"Are you sure that that guy is the real Code Z??? What if that guy is a hacker that got a hold of Code Z's account or what if Code Z sold his blessed account and the person behind it is a fake!! Or worse, what if that person was an attention hog and is only posing and pretending that he was Code Z!!!"

"You're over reacting!! No one was allowed to replicate Code Z!!! Or a punishment worse than hell awaits those who pretends to be him!!"

"What if he sold it!!!"

"The account is a property of the management and I'm sure that Z Corporation[1] won't sell it to someone because that account earns a lot of dollars daily and it would be such a waste if they do sell it to someone..."

"How do you even know this stuffs??"

"Well... my family tried to buy Code Z's account to be my spoiled cousin's birthday present but Z Corporation didn't really want to sell it... They say that that account earns a huge amount of money for their company and that they didn't sell it... So the only possibility left is that he is the true Code Z..."

"What if It's someone related to Code Z and Z Corp. allowed them to use it..."

"That is possible but Z Corp. is now owned by Ferrer Group of Companies according to Code Z will, before he disappeared.."

"Nevermind... Class will start again soon... It's better not be late or else Mr. Cuazo will kill us... You know how he hates us being late..."

"Yeah... That guy is definitely scary AF so let's just go... Better not be late or else..."

"Damn... I wouldn't want to squat till the end of class just because we came late..." The guys that were chatting about Code Z shuddered and stood up to go to their respective classrooms...
