Chapter 7 Sect,Cloud Moon City (Updated)

"System, where do you suggest I go to right now?" Nightin asks out of curiosity, he had a few ideas in mind and wanted to see if the system had any other alternatives.

"Host is recommended to go to Cloud Moon City. There are three paths you can choose to take from there."

"Firstly, you can enroll into a sect as an ordinary disciple first which will allow you access to cultivation resources much more easily."

"Secondly, you can choose to be a roaming cultivator and avoid joining any forces or sects. If you step onto this path, the only way to obtain cultivation resources would be through completing life and death missions, but you will be free and unrestricted by anyone."

"Thirdly, create a sect and become a sect master of your own. Owning your own force which will assist you in times of need. However, this path is the least recommended."

After careful consideration,Nightin asked in his mind "Why is creating a sect of my own not a good decision?" He did not know why either, but he just felt his heart thumping and his blood burning with vigour when he heard this idea.

"By creating a sect of your own, you'll have to face pressure from all the other sects till the day your sect is strong enough that others won't dare to provoke your sect. You might also face betrayal and in the first place, who will want to join a sect with the sect master only at the Martial Master realm?"

Nightin pondered over the options for a while before picking up the courage to make a decision "I choose to become a sect master. I won't wish to make a sect that's filled with numbers, but a sect filled with loyal and truthful elites with good moral character."

Even though Nightin knows that he doesn't have the cultivation resources needed to bring in more disciples, he's sure that the system will provide him with the needed assistance and with the Nirvana rebirth technique which everyone disciple can cultivate, he's sure that he'll be able to lead the sect that he himself decided to create against the odds.

"Host choice has been registered. Please name the sect."

"Nirvana Sect, meaning that there's no giving up. If members of the sect face a setback, they aren't allowed to give up, they should instead tackle the problem and use it as a chance to improve themselves."

"Sect's name has been registered."

"System, do you have the confidence and ability to help me ensure that the sect's development can keep up with me even after the flames have tailor-made and created my body from scratch for cultivation?"

"As long as the host believes in the system, the system will make use of its limited assistance to assist you to the best of your abilities until an update changes how the system works."

"You have updates to improve yourself too?"

The youth didn't realise, but from the day he becomes the sect master, he has already matured slightly. Yet, destiny still pulls the strings on him just like a puppet master...

A gust of wind sweeped up behind him as he started heading North towards Cloud Moon city. The Cloud Moon city is some distance away which is why he has to travel at full speed.

Two days later, Nightin finally arrived at Cloud Moon city. Nightin decided that it would be better for him to ask around the city for more information first.

The Cloud Moon city was just a tiny city which had a population of hundreds of thousands, the shops here were also of lower grades and mainly targeted cultivators below the Martial Spirit realm, any higher than the Martial Spirit realm and they'll have nothing in stall for them.

Two men were talking at a corner, one of them whispering "Have you heard about the recent news? Cloud Moon City has decided to increase the number of established sects from six to eight around their area. One can register themselves at the registration hall found at the core area of the city. Wanna go try our luck?"

Nightin who was just walking past happened to eavesdrop on their location and made a decision to try his luck, he had no alternative methods in mind anyways.

Walking up to a mortal stall vendor, he picked up what seemed like a simple map and asked "Can I exchange for this with a second grade monster beast hide?"

The vendor who was in his mid forties jumped up from his wooden seat when he heard the offer and exclaimed softly "You're serious about it?"

"That is the only offer I can make with you, I will treat your reaction as a yes then." Nightin said calmly as he took out his stated offer and placed it on the table before leaving with the map.

After Nightin left, the vendor hugged the hide tightly as he made his way to the traders association hall, that was the place which provides all vendors and traders with the fairest price.

Their reputation was built up through the equality they show everyone, even a mortal receives the same privilege as those cultivators except for a chosen few.

Arriving at the registration hall, he saw a mortal woman probably around her thirties sitting at the counter, she was wearing the standard white uniform blouse and a black jacket made out of thin fabric. Pink oval glasses which contrasts with her age and purple hair tied up in a bun neatly behind her head.

Walking up to the registration hall, he asks the woman politely "I am sorry, but can I know the requirements to establish a sect of my own?"

The woman replied "Firstly, are you even at the Martial Master realm? Secondly, you must have a cultivation technique unique to your sect and the technique must be of the heaven rank at least. Thirdly, you must show that you are capable of doing so."

I'm unable to share the Nirvana technique and leak any information about the system, but my cultivation realm can be shared at least. Nightin thinks to himself on the spot, constantly reminding himself that the system must be kept a secret from the world.

Nightin replied "I fulfill all three conditions, how can I register for it?"

The woman then questions back "How are you going to prove it?"

Releasing his cultivation aura which was at the Martial Master first realm, the woman nodded her head and said "You pass the first segment, for the cultivation technique?"

"I am sorry, But I'm afraid that I can't reveal it to outsiders." Nightin explained slowly.

"I am sorry then, but I am obliged to follow the rules as a mere employee. If there is nothing else, sir, you may take your leave."

Nightin said "It is fine, sorry for wasting your time."

Even though he wants to create an official sect that's recognized by the world, it seems that he'll have to make a change to his plans for now since he has too many secrets too

The woman looked at his back figure and muttered "His looks are definitely first class and he might only be around sixteen years of age, it isn't simple for someone his age to achieve the Martial Master realm, just what is his background and why does he want to establish a sect if he will do much better with his current identity? Down to earth, a mortal is still limited to their thoughts except for the few that might cause a change somehow, via their own means which will be recognized by the world in the future.

The woman had thoughts about becoming Nightin's woman and even if she can't be the one he loves most, she would he contended as his concubine. But still, she is meant to be just a passerby in Nightin's life as he will never return, or at least not until the near future on foreign land.

Nightin left straight away after relaying what he had to say. Nightin then decided to himself, since I can't register my sect officially,I will establish it as a hidden sect within the mountains until the day comes.

Nightin went straight for the abandoned mountain known as the Sky Crystal mountain. Based on the system, beneath it is a high tier spiritual root.

The system gave Nightin 100 individual houses, each with spiritual energy ten times purer than the outside world.

Nightin only hung one sign at the entrance without any added description.

"Only geniuses are allowed in here."

He had planned for the future.
