I thought I would just go ahead and make a quick note, on average each chapter is at least 500 words long. This is because I don't have that long everyday to write a chapter, it's why I try to make each chapter seem like just another part of the previous one.

I'm slowing down on chapters lately, once every Sunday, because I am doing a bit of a fanfictiony thing in the latest chapters. I asked if I should make it a side book thing but my readers wanted it here so yeah.

I am doing a bit of MHA and other books I have enjoyed lately like Spiderman and marvel stuff.

The Craftsman

So after much thought I decided I would put a first draft of the (New) cultivation system. I don't know if I will create specific paths (i.e body, soul and magic) with this one. And yes I plan on updating this.


Mortal Beginning: Discover or learn how to sense and gather energy. Stage, 3. Based off of comprehension and foreknowledge, (Possible to skip)


Mortal Tether: Form a 'Spiritual Tether' within your Dantian using your gathered energy. The 'Spiritual Tether' has the added ability of creating a field around you which traps energy, and though this offers nothing else it will gather the energy for you to use later. Stages 3. (With enough talent you may be able to form multiple 'Spiritual Tethers')


Mortal Aura: Using your Spiritual Tethers' gathered energy you form an aura of energy. This aura surrounds you in a spherical manner with the Spiritual Tethers as the core. Adds a protective and strengthening layer around you. Stages 3: Low, Mid and High.


Mortal Aura Compression: After forming your aura begin to compress it to fit perfectly over you body, like a second skin. Stages, Infinite. (There are no limits to how far this stage can go, only time taken)


Aura Body: After compressing your second (or more) skins, push them through your body one layer at a time (Skin, muscles, nerves and etc.) Continue until your body has been remolded by your aura. Stages 5. Danger level: Extreme. Gain a number of years to your life based on the number of second skins (each give ten years).


Aura Soul: With your body reformed you proceed to reform the soul, purifying it of all impurities, should you fail your soul will shatter and dissipate. Your soul becomes semi-immortal.


The Path: With your body and soul reformed into a acceptable state you become capable of starting on the true path of immortality. With your body reformed purely through your own energy you must re-cultivate from the beginning as all of your mana is a part of you, this means that you will die if you use it all up.


Immortal Beginning: You must learn to sense the immortal energies of the cosmos, then you must gather it within your central dantian, directly in the center of your chest.


Immortal Tether: As your mortal tethers still exist within your body you must gather immortal energy to cleanse and purify them into immortal tethers. 3 stages. stage 1 absorb energy into your tethers. stage 2 begin purifying your tethers. stage 3 complete the purification process.


Immortal Aura: Your mortal auras will naturally gather energy through your immortal tethers although it can be sped up.


Immortal Aura Compression: Compress your immortal Aura(s) into layers based off of how many you have.
