I'm fine, really.

A click of the door was heard. Christopher got out of the bathroom, and he saw Kaylee leaning her head on the table. He opened his small drawer, got his underwear, and put it on with the jogging pants and T-shirt Kaylee prepared for him.

He walked toward Kaylee as he dried his hair with the towel. He patted her back. Kaylee opened her eyes and saw the man standing in front of her. She stood up. "You're done." The man nodded "Yes. Why are you here? Sleep on the bed." He said as he held Kaylee's arm to lead her on the bed.

Kaylee was taken aback when the man's skin touched hers. She stopped. The man looked at her with a questioning look. She touched the man's forehead and then his neck.

As soon as Kaylee's hand touched his neck, he tensed up. His gaze focused on Kaylee's eyes, down to her lips. Christopher subconsciously licked his lips. And because he had no strength to do his will, he held her hand and gave her a weak smile. "What's wrong?"

The worried yet nervous face of the woman in front of him got him. "Are you okay?" She asked.

"Don't worry, I just need to sleep." Kaylee looked at the man in front of her. She didn't say anything, but she supported the man and helped him lay on the bed. The man chuckled. "You don't need to treat me as if I am a patient."

"Your temperature is above normal. Don't act so cool okay?" Christopher let out a weak laugh as he closed his eyes. Kaylee put a blanket on Christopher. "You can sleep beside me." The man said with a husky voice.

Kaylee was sitting on the bed with her feet under the blanket as she watched Christopher sleep. She can't believe a beautiful man like Christopher is sleeping before her. Kaylee was lying beside Christopher for an hour when she heard a weak groan. She looked at the man beside her and was surprised. When Christopher began sweating, she stood up and looked for a towel.

Her hands were shaking as she started to wipe his sweat. "Gosh! What happened?" Kaylee doesn't know how to take care of a sick person. She never did this before. Her grandmother had never been sick, she was healthy. Kaylee licked her lips as she ran her finger through her hair. She touched Christopher's neck. "Can you sit down?" The man slowly opened his eyes and nodded lightly.

Kaylee helped him to sit down. The uneasiness on her face was too obvious. He wanted to touch her face, but his strength failed him. Kaylee stood up, grabbed a small remote, and turned off the air con. She gets a new set of towels and a T-shirt. She sat on the bed beside the man, she subconsciously bit her lip again as she removed the man's shirt. She soaked the towel with lukewarm water and wiped up his face and body, leaving the lower part...

Kaylee helped Christopher put on his shirt and put another towel on his back. "Lay down." As soon as Kaylee's sweet voice rang into his ears, his warm lips landed on Kaylee's.

Kaylee blinked and their eyes met. The man smiled and lay down on the bed with his eyes shut. She stood up and removed her coat revealing her soft and pale white shoulder. She's wearing a white sleeveless dress.

After several minutes, Christopher suddenly started shivering. Seeing Christopher bend his body as he hugged himself, Kaylee's eyes started to tear up. "Oh my God! What's wrong?" In a situation like this, Kaylee has no idea what to do. She was about to leave to ask for help when the man held her hand. She stopped. She looks at the man holding her hands while his eyes shut. "D-don't." Upon hearing the man's weak voice, Kaylee's tears started to fall to her face. "B-but you're shaking." Christopher slightly opened his eyes. When he saw Kaylee's tears, his heart ached. "You don't need to worry. I'm fine, really."

"You're not." Christopher held up the blanket with his right hand. "Come here." Kaylee didn't say a word, so she let herself inside the blanket and lay beside Christopher. He wiped away her tears and hugged her. With his weak voice, he said. "You're such a crybaby." Kaylee sobbed as she hugged Christopher back. After a while, Christopher stopped shaking, though he still shook from time to time.

She pressed the intercom button on the bedside table, and Liam's voice came out. "Yes?"

"Hey, it's me, Kaylee. Can you help me get some medicine for fever?" Liam didn't answer right away. "Is he sick?" Kaylee looked at the man beside her. "Yes, can you? I can't move." After a minute, Liam knocked on the door. "Come in." Liam opened the door and saw Christopher hugging Kaylee. He walked toward them.

"How is he?"
