"HAHAHAHA...you got duped by a kid...hahahaha....oh my stomach" Ailwin's close friend and confidant, Braeden, could stop laughing after hearing the story.

"Stinking little brat!" Ailwin slapped his friend on the head. 'Was it really that funny?'

Remembering the scene as her little pink tongue poked out and licked the cake. The look in the girl's eyes said 'let's see how badly you want it.'

" 'Better luck next time...' " Ailwin scoffed.

"What the....how are parents raising their kids nowadays?' Never in his life has he met someone like this. If he ever sees that brat again...

_______

Mika watched as Ailwin stormed out. Finish eating the last piece of her cake, Mika looked at the waitress. "Check please."

"Young Miss!....how could you do such a thing!?..." Saavi astonished expression made Mika laugh.

"What was I suppose to let him steal my cake?... Prince my ass, you think that entitles him to my food..." Mika casual reply made Saavi wonder if her young miss would do anything for food.

"Young Miss...we should hurry now. I'm truly too embarrass to stay any longer..." Picking up their items. Saavi and Mika walked out the eatery, towards their shuttle.

From the time the boarded and landed Saavi never stop her scolding. One would think she was Mika's mother.

"All right enough already Saavi...I promise I will never do that again in front of you....okay" Mika held up her hand as she promised.

"Good. That all I ask."

Problem handle they focus on entering the household. Quietly opening the gate, and sneaking in. Saavi led the way as Mika watched the rear. Everything was fine, until Saavi abruptly stopped, Mika not noticing banged straight into her back.

"Ow...Saavi why did you stop?" Mika whisper as she held onto her nose.

"You said you would never do it in FRONT of me again?.... That means you will do it again, without me knowing, right?"

Her maid was not as naive as she thought she was. Mika walked pass Saavi figure and enter into their courtyard.

"Saavi...All fair in love and war. One can never go easy on one's opponent. If you can take them down with one move, then do it."

"Miss...it was just cake...."

______

Two days later...

"Mika and her maid have gone out every day since father left. How are we suppose to do anything." Lulu reported after she watched Mika and Saavi ran out the back gate.

"Don't be impatient Lulu. Let the mouse come to the cheese by itself." Lady Jaelah willowy stature pulled Lulu to take a seat.

With fair complexion, long silvery white hair, and stark features. Lady Jaelah has always had a very frigid and pretentious character. Never liked her looks Lady Jaelah has tried to get rid of this body of hers, but try as she may it never changed.

When her daughters were born they ended up possessing the same features. Jaelah, who had always been in the shadows of her siblings, she didn't want the same for her daughters.

Though her eldest has talent, she can see she won't go far; not without her helping hands. Kamryn would just be one in a field of wildflowers. She must stomp the rest down for her daughter to shine. Even if they are sisters...

"Is everything ready?.." Lady Jaelah looked Kamryn's way.

"Yes, mother. I check twice."

"Good, it would be best if we can kill two birds with one stone." Lady Jaelah grudging thought of Sienna.

"Mmm...yes that would be best." A vicious pass through Kamryn's eyes before anyone could notice.

"Saavi hurry! We are going to miss the sale." Mika race along the streets, seeking the weapons shop the entered yesterday.

When we walked in yesterday to browse they met the shop's owner. Seeing how young they were he urged them to come tomorrow for they would be having a sale. Having gotten up late, Mika feared she would be too late on purchasing the items she wanted.

Reaching the shop's doors, the out of breathing Mika and Saavi saw the endless crowd of people. Swerving through the crowd Mika may her way to the cold weapons display. She saw a two-bladed sword. Remembering how her mother pulled out a short sword at the cave. Mika wanted to learn sword fighting, and this sword called out to her. Unfortunately, it was kind of pricey yesterday. When the owner told her about the sale, she couldn't miss the chance.

Just as she reached for the black sword, a finger pointed in its direction.

"I'll take that one as well." Seeing the finger pointing at 'her sword' Mika felt unease course through her. Turning to the owner of that finger, Mika looked into the face of the fifth prince.

"You!..."

"You!..."

"You know this kid?" Braeden who stood beside Ailwin couldn't figure out how his friend could be associated with this young girl. Baffled until the light bulb clicked on in his head.

"Wait, is this the cake licker!..."Braeden's shout causes the surrounding people to take an interest in their conversation.

"Yes." Ailwin irritation at Braeden's laughter caused him to answer with fire as he looked at Mika.

"You still mad about that?.... It was just a cake."

Saavi couldn't believe the words coming out of Mika's mouth. Didn't she say it was a war and he was her opponent?

"Do you still want this sword?.." the shop attendant asks.

"Yes."

"Yes"

Puzzled why he heard an echo, Ailwin looked over at Mika in question.

"He was talking to me. I'm buying this sword." Before he could even tell the shop owners to continue with the purchase Mika words stunned him.

"Do you want me to lick it to prove it's mine."
