"Prince Thallan, you have to do something…" Jaelah begged, "my daughters are being laughed at-"

"Lady Jaelah, I don't care." Hearing those words from Prince Thallan's mouth was what Lady Jaelah was afraid of the most.

"There are more important things to take care of than her daughters' reputations, like for example...that little gem you gave my wife." Jaelah sighed inwardly. Her treasure chest of forbidden items were for her and her daughters use only.

Seeing what kind of person Prince Thallan is, Jaelah couldn't be too sure that if she gave him an item like the gem he wouldn't use it against her and her daughters one day.

Of course she had always plan on use them on him, but that was after Kamryn got the Queen's seat.

"What about the gem?" Lady Jaelah was sure he didn't know about her chest.

"How did it fall into your hands?"

"Someone I knew long ago gave it to me. I don't know where they are now."
