Polishing the swords before storing them in her harness, Mika left her dorm room in the middle of the night the next day with all her gear.

As she headed towards the shuttle her mother gifted to her before leaving the Amara clan for the imperial academy, Mika was surprised to see five people standing at its doors.

"Nope not taking everyone..." Mika said once she reached the group, "...my shuttle can only seat four."

Mika opened up the cargo doors and loaded her things inside.

"I'm going and that's final…" Celaena immediately jumped onto the shuttle as soon as Mika opened up its doors.

Everyone watched as Celaena buckled herself into a seat.

"That leaves two seats left…" Turning to her right, Mika looked up and down at a person she least expected to see here, "...is there a reason why you are here, Nylian?"
