They stepped into the dining hall to the fresh smell of meat and honey bread in the air.
Both Braeden's and Ailwin's stomachs let out a little rumbled at the whiff of the good aroma.
Braeden couldn't help the saliva pooling in his mouth. Looking over at the tables, he saw the soldiers who left him standing in the cold night air, stuffing their faces with food.
Those no good bastards….!
"Please, Ailwin, General Gilwenys...this way." Lyra gestured to the tables.
Braeden quickly walked off seeing an empty seat beside Saavi.
Ailwin followed Lord Mano and Lady Lyra towards their personal table where Mika was already sitting with Elas and Zia.
"Mika, who are these two fledglings?" Lyra gently patted the heads of Elas and Zia.
"This is Elas and Zia...They came with him." Mika pointed her fork at Ailwin.
Lyra turned her head, "They are fledglings from Jorjk City." Ailwin answered.
