Upstairs, Ailwin had gathered everyone into Lord Mano's office to discuss pressing issues after interrogating the spies.

Gathered around a table, Lord Mano couldn't believe what he was hearing.  "Are we sure these words are the truth?… We can't believe everything those spies said can we?"

No one responded to him. Everyone at the table had met the King at least once. For something this impossible to happen it has to be his work.

"Argh!… Someone please answer me! Is it actually possible for King Rychell to switch bodies!?" Mano left his seat at the table.

When he first heard this news from Zo and his daughter, he thought they were pulling his legs.

Who in their right minds could believe such a thing is possible?

However, the serious looks on their faces and the facts they gave that added to the credibility of spy's words, started to scare him.
