General Pho didn't know the trouble his second son was going through yet at the training camp. Even when Ailwin had left the capital, he didn't tell Pho anything.

However, he noticed that Prince Ailwin was acting different from the last time he came to oversee the military base.

The Prince was all business this time, not indulging in any personal or off topic conversation with anyone.

General Pho felt something had happened in the capital, but his wife didn't say anything troubling in her letters, so General Pho thought it had to do with something his wife couldn't find out.

After Prince Ailwin looked over the military base completion and found nothing wrong, General Pho tried to see what was wrong with his majesty.

Ailwin could tell that Pho and the other nobles, who worked on the base, were trying very hard to engage in personal conversation with him, but getting this base and the country back in order had taken more time than he thought.
