The Pokemon Dream

I need party ideas. the requirements are 10 pokemon in 2 parties that Riolu or Lucario and join. One Party needs the 3 starters or their evolutions. Gen I only!!!!! Book 2 will have 10 Gen II, Book 3 will have 10 Gen III, and so on. In other words each book will be for a different region and the parties will only have pokemon introduced in that region plus riolu or lucario. I also need move sets
