CHAPTER 13

I called Angelo through the phone. "Angelo, where were you? " I asked. "I already at the Club, Sir," he said. I have many clubs in Rome. Well, mafia would have those in their business. "okay, I'm coming right now." I ended the call. I drove my black Range Rover to my club.

Arrived at the club, I walked in. The stripper was danced their pole dance. The money on the floor. It attracts people to go into my club. My business was increased every day. "Sir," Angelo said.  "our items from French have arrived, Sir, " he said. "Show me. "I said. We walked toward my office. "Here, Sir," Angelo said. It guns that I have ordered.  Arrived at the florist house, "Sir," the woman said. "Give me one hundred bouquet roses," I said. "Right away, Sir," she said. After a few minutes, "Here, Sir," she said. I paid for the roses. Nana would love this. I went into my car. He drove my black Range Rover to  Nana house. Arrived at the Nana house. She was watering the roses. She knows all the meaning of the color of every rose. She really loves rose. I walked to her house. "Nana. " I said with a bright smile on my face.

"Raffaele Romano." She said with angry plaster on her face. She was joking. I give her the roses. "You don't have to dear but thank you, dear," she said with a smiled.  "Nana, I miss you. " I said and hugged her. "I miss you too, mio nipote," she said and wrapped her arms around me.  "Hi, Angelo."She said. "Hi, Nana, " he said.  "Come on go inside, " she invited. 

We walked into her house.  Her house still the same when I was young. The house a lot of memories.  I looked at my photos when I was young. She was smiling in the photos. She was my first love.  But, She left me a long time ago. But now I have la mia principessa. She can't be replaced.  "Come here, bring your friend along Raffaele. " Nana said.  "Come on, Angelo," I said. "Yes, Sir, " he said.

She serves my favorite food all the time. It was lasagna."Nana, Lia send greeting to you. " I said. She looks like to miss all of us. "Oh, my baby girl. How was she doing? I really miss her. " she said. Her tears started to form. "I really miss all of you, " she said. I wiped her tears. "She doing fine Nana. " I said. I eat my lasagna. "Riccardo? " She asked. "He still spoiled Nana. I can't let him work in our famiglia business."I said.

Riccardo still studying in college but he really spoiled by my father. He has killed innocent people. That why he has been in prison. But now he has been escaped because my father does not want to bring down family dignity. So my father wants me to help my brother out of prison. That day that I met Olivia father.

"He still young Raffaele, he wants to enjoy his youth life. " Nana said. "No, Nana. He should not have been something bad. He still schooled," I said. "How was your life, dear? any girl?" she asked. "You will meet her soon," I said. "Tell me who was she?" she said. "You will soon," I said. She nodded her head.   I finished my lasagna.  Angelo has finished his food. "Nana, I need to go. I have work to do. See you soon.," I said and hugged her. " see you soon, mio nipote." She said. "You too Angelo, "she said and hugged him.

We walked out of my Nana house. She haunted my head when I went to my Nana house."Ready, Sir," Angelo said. "Yes. " I said. "Angelo, take me to the Cartier jewelry store, " I said.  "Yes, Sir," he said. Arrived at the store.  I walked in. The employer smile at me seductively. People in Rome know Romano famiglia. We were well-known. "What can I help you, Sir?"She asked me seductively. This girl was annoying as fuck! I ignored her. "Can you stop speak like that?" I said with a stern voice. She remains silent. She was scared. I called the manager of the store. "Bring me a new employer, " I said."Okay, Sir. " the manager said. 

A few minutes, the new employer was male. I relieved. "what can I help you, Sir? " he asked."Can you bring me the latest ring with a diamond around it?" I said. "Be right back, Sir," he said. He searched for the ring.  "Here, Sir, " he said. It's among the best. 

"This ring was never been bought and it the only one ring in this world," the employee explained. "The ring brings luck in your engagement," he explains. The ring was perfect on lamia principessa hand, "I will take this," I said. I gave him my credit card. "Thank you, Sir, "he said. "your welcome. "I said.  I walked out of the store. I place it into my blazer pocket. "Come on Angelo, "I said.  "Yeah, Sir," he said. He drove us to my apartment.
