Second Chance of Fate

After getting dropped off by Jackson I took a shower and finished up some homework. The clock ticked 8PM and all of a sudden my Skype started to ring.


Me: Work was ok. Busy, but then it went by quick. I'm not too tired though. I had lots of help today, so it was actually good and fun. :)


Me: School was good. Haha I had fun with Carina talking :).


K: Hahaha, you're always having fun with Carina huh?


Me: Of Course, I've known her all my life. lol


K: Yes, until Scotty comes and steal her away just as I will steal you away from her. 


K: Nothing. Hahahah you'll find out one day ^_^ *Kenji smiled*


Me: School and then home. I'm getting a lot assignments and homework right now cause I'm a junior in school and there's a lot of stuff to do. I need to do some entrance exams to get to college, and do college visits. 


K: Yeah I see, but hey I know you can do it because you're smart. You'll get into a university. 


Me: Hahah Thanks. I hope so. I just hate the exams and all, but I'll try.


K: You can do it. I believe in you. I know you're smart. 


K: I can just tell, cause I only like smart girls. 


Me: Hahaha, Sure if you say so. Hahah. Anyways, what have you been doing this whole time?


K: Nothing. I got home late from school and so now I'm just doing some homework. 


Me: Haha me too. Did you wanna just study and do homework tonight?


K: Sure. Hahah we'll be study buddies or homework buddies. 


I continued doing my homework, while he also did his. A few moments passed by and I noticed Kenji smiling. I looked up from my homework and looked at him. Kenji was smiling at me. 


K: Nothing, you just look so pretty when you're focused. 


K: Hahah I'm for real. Looking at you doing homework makes you look so pretty. It makes you prettier. 


Me: Hahahah Thanks. I'm flattered. * I smiled*


K: Gosh you're prettier when you smiled.... To be honest, looking at you makes it hard for me to concentrate. I just want to stare at you all day. 


Me: Haha, I guess we can't be study or homework buddies then if you can't focus while I'm here. 


K: Hahah maybe not cause you're too cute. 


K: I'll be here as a support then. I'll also be quiet. When you need motivation or want to talk I'll be here. 


I continued working on my homework for a while. 9PM rolls around. I finished my assignment and looked up to see Kenji looking at me, smiling.


Me: How long have you been staring at me?


K: For a while. Hahah I'm always looking at you here and there while you're doing homework. Hahah you look so cute. Sorry I can't stop staring. 


Me: Hahaha, it's ok. I finished my homework so we can talk now. 


K: GREAT!! Haha. Wow you finished your homework quick. Did you have a lot?


Me: Some, but I finished them most of them during studyhall at school.


We continued talking and talking. Time flew by and once again we said our goodbyes, this time at 1AM.


K: Hahah I know, but I still want to talk more.
