Apocalypse

Pain.

A feeling that you get when death is upon you.

A painful reminder that your alive, the pain is tolerable if your strong, but the weak perish -

'It burns'

The cold blade that digs into the heart spills warm blood from the body.

The warmth replaced by a frost wild wind that rips the body's bones and organs apart, reshaping and reforming it forcefully.

Death,

A stage ever human goes through in the end.

A painful reminder that tells you your still human, even if you don't shed an once of human emotion.

The frost from within freezes the blood stream to crystallisation.

The beauty of the living shreds like a glass cup being smashed apart.

Fine detail replaces impure beauty of the human species.

Not a single imperfection shown upon or within the soul and mind.

However a darkness from the heart grows as the organ dies, emotion that may of existed, perish due to the change, black blood travels through the body Introducing a strength but also, a curse.

This man lives with a gift that is a cruel joke, as he has seen death many times. He wonders through a forgotten city where nature has started to take back control of infrastructure that has slowly started to decay over time.

Aimlessly he strolls around looking for something…

Something that calls to his soul like a song…

A song just for him-

A purpose that calls out for him.

Someone or something that will give him his life back into a stone corpse.

Two wolves, copper brown, dashed across the dead plains towards their main territory after a long perimeter check of the borders. Their paws ripped up the dry dirt that lifted dead grass and shrubs as they ran ahead of the dust storm to the south.

To be caught in the wind turbine was a death sentence waiting to happen.

A dust storm, a red tornado that consisted of red dust capable of destroying sight and silver that burns. Casted by the witches to keep unwanted souls out of their social gathering areas at certain times of the dark apocalypsed world.

Since the crisis of the supernatural world being destroyed during the great war between werewolves and vampires.

Supernatural creatures of all species and cultures arrived in the parallel universe which happened to be the human world. This caused the scales of balance to tip and the world to be plunged into a dark apocalyptic world.

The vampire race became unstable and many covens were lost to the blood thirst disease.

These vampires became mindless drones that did nothing but kill for fun and steal women and children for pleasure.

The blood thirst disease was carried through the blood of certain human blood types, It arrived shortly after demons were excepted in society; the new government issued a warning to certain countries. Evacuating anything and everything they could preserve, Churches became beneficial as warriors both human and hybrid individuals were trained to hunt the crazed also known as the plagued vampires and the zombies that pushed forward from the ground due to radioactive waste.

The wolves scurried faster as the wind picked up speed and whisked through their fur, running short on time the two whined knowing that their Alpha wouldn't approve of their tardiness. Their titles would be questioned through the pack and everything else would be court matters, they knew better not to play around, but that wasn't necessarily their fault. Due to the Alpha's commands, no one in the pack was aloud to shift, the dust storms were only one of the reasons why.

The crazed vampires were a second reason, their existence was in the primary stages of closed off as many other packs had fallen. Not to mention their Alpha a strong, kind yet feared prideful man had lost his younger sister to the blood thirsty beasts. He would stop at nothing, he would rage war against any Undead.

The third reason is if they were bitten by a zombie, the virus from the radioactive waste that was used against the witches would poison their blood. This would result in their zombification, which meant they would be lost and would not be able to be healed unless by a witch. A werewolves enemy along with a vampire and demon, werewolves were more safer to live in peace with humans then with shifting power. Yet even humans were that of a disgusting race that would test and prod a being such as a werewolf. So they lived on the outskirts of the war zone to be left alone and at semi peace within the pack.

As the wolves neared the City they sniffed the air cautiously. Something was off, a smell of wood and tar had them slowly crouch and crawl along the Earth, their bellies just slightly above the dead shrubs and roots beneath them. Stalking through the long dead Grass and avoiding old infrastructure they halted close to the decayed town square. Both the wolves piercing yellow eyes rested on a collapsed body about a meter away.
