Athena's 5th Birthday (Part One)

(Luna's POV)

One week Later.

During the past week, Jacob and I have gotten closer. I would go to King Sights to rehearse then come home for training. He has been helping me a lot with my training. I have been able to control my Banshee scream and I also discovered my new powers.

I am able to control the four elements, track things, create force fields, and create illusions. I love my new powers. Jacob loves them even more. I have no clue why.

Anyways.. Back to the present. Today is our baby girl's 5th birthday. Jacob and I woke up early to make sure everything was set for her day. To start off her day the chef made a stack of birthday pancakes.

We both went to her room with the stack of pancakes and saw she was still sleeping. I sat on her bed and softly shook her to wake up. She slightly opened her eyes and saw us. We yelled out "HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETIE!"

She smiled and sat up. She hugged us both and Jacob gave her the stack of pancakes. She got really happy and started to eat like no other. I had to tell her repeatedly to slow down. In the end, she didn't listen and finished the whole plate in like 5 minutes. I looked at Jacob, who was basically dying on the floor and told him to get up and take the plate to the kitchen while I got Athena dressed. He happily obeyed and took the plate and left.

She knew she was getting a surprise party, but she didn't know where. I got her dressed in some casual clothes since I had an special outfit for her to change in at the surprise party. She was really excited.

I held her hand and we walked downstairs to the door. We went outside and went into the car with Jacob and we were on our way.

(At the venue(The Zoo))

It took us about a half an hour to get to the Zoo. When we arrived at the zoo, Athena went ballistic. She ran out of the car and we followed her. We entered the Zoo and walked to a tent that was set up for the party.

"Close your eyes" I said to Athena and she happily obeyed. Jacob opened the tent slightly and I guided her in the tent. Everybody remained quiet and I told Athena to open her eyes.

She opened her eyes and we all yelled "SURPRISE!!" Her face was so priceless. She looked at how everything was decorated and everyone was dressed as characters in her favorite anime show Fairy Tail. She was really happy.

I gave her a bag that had her special outfit in it and told her to get change. She happily took the bag and went off to get change. I also gave Jacob a bag and told him to get change too.

He looked at me with a confused look. He didn't expect me to make him change. I shoved the bag into his hands and told him again to get changed and gave him a serious look. Seeing the look I was giving him, he took the bag and went to get changed. I also had a bag and went and changed into my favorite character in Fairy Tail, Lucy Heartfilia.

When I got back dressed as Lucy, I saw Jacob who was dressed as one of Athena's favorite characters, Natsu Dragneel. He actually didn't look that bad, but it was probably because he and I had matching outfits that was shown in the show.

He came up to me and asked "Why did I have to wear this?" "Because your daughter will love it and you are gonna love her outfit." I replied.

After I said that, Athena came up to us dressed in her outfit. She was dressed in her all time favorite character, Nashi Dragneel. The character is not shown in the tv show, but their is a well know fan fiction about her. She is the daughter of Lucy and Natsu in the fan fiction. Nashi basically is a girl version of Natsu.

Athena looked at us with a very happy smile. "Thank you mommy and daddy. This is the most awesome birthday ever." she said to us. I smiled at her and she ran off. I turned back to Jacob and he smiled at me.

"She's dressed as Nashi. Our daughter in the show and yet she is our daughter in real life. I love it." he said and he pulled me close and gave me a small kiss. We turned and watched our daughter mingle with her new big family.
