Different scenarios once   played in Lin Ling's mind before. Out of it all, this scenario at hand wasn't one she had expected to happen. Really an eye opener.

Sitting froze at the bed side chair, Lin Ling's mind is in chaos. She didn't know how to react at this moment. Would it sound normal if she leave all of a sudden or should she just stay and ignore him like a stranger. She calm herself. It's not like she's expecting for this anyway.

"Ye Xi have a seat" Wang Guan offered.

"Thank you Mr. Wang, it'll be inappropriate for me to take the chair" Wang Guan didn't noticed that there is only one chair at his bed side and a sofa, it would be too inconvenient to talk if Ye Xi sit there.

Lin Ling noticed it as well and offer the chair to him "I don't mind. You can have it Mr. Ye"

Hearing her call him 'Mr. Ye' sound so distant and darken his face.

Lin Ling went over the bed to pick-up Little Tianze from his Daddy Guan but the little fellow didn't cooperate with her this time.

"I want to stay with grandfather" said the little bun while hugging his grandfather's arm. He knew the mister in front is the bad guy from before. He won't let him hurt his Grandfather.

"It's okay Ling'er, leave Tianze with me. Maybe you should talk with your fiance, it's been years you haven't seen each other. I've only found out about your engagement through your Dad years ago"

Lin Ling sneered hearing it "You're mistaken Dad. He isn't my fiance"

How funny, wasn't he married with daughter to that woman.

"Who said you aren't my fiance?" Ye Xi got offended when she sneered at him. He totally understand she's still mad at him, but how can she easily said he isn't her fiance when he didn't even call off the engagement.

"Mr. Ye please behave yourself appropriately, I don't want your wife to misunderstood"

"You wouldnt. My wife is in front of me" he simply said.

"Who's your wife!? Ye Xi, the engagement was called off! Watch your words"

"Really? How come I wasn't aware of it"

"Of course you wouldn't! you were busy rolling on bed with your secretary" Lin Ling blurted out, and was taken aback upon realization of what she said.

Ye Xi's face stiffen and his lips flatten. As expected she misunderstood him. He took a step closer to her and grab her wrist "Let's talk somewhere else"

Wang Guan on the other side who was watching the two didn't have the time to butt in. With the progress of their conversation he had nothing to say.

"Xiao Ze, you should help your parents calm down" maybe the little kid may help soothing them out.

"Parents? Grandfather, I only have a Mommy, I don't have a Daddy"

"Isn't Ye Xi your Daddy?"

How can Lin Ling forget her Daddy Guan doesn't know anything.

"He's my Daddy? Really?" The little bun's eyes lighten up. He look at her Mom, a little expectant "Is it true Mommy? Is he really my Daddy?"

"No" Lin Ling said firmly. It's best not gave hope when it'll only hurt the little bun. That's what she learned from her Daddy Guan.

Wang Guan who was only thinking of smoothing the mood thought he made it even worse. What kind of situation is this.

Ye Xi's mood is now worst. He drag her out of the Hospital. No matter what Lin Ling said he wont buff a scratch. She was dragged inside his car.

"Where are you taking me?" It's not point struggling when you have no chances of winning. She thought to compromise at this moment.

Ye Xi remained silent and sat motionless beside her.

"Drop me at the corner" She order the driver. Wasn't the purpose of dragging her out of the hospital was to talk yet this man turned into mute. What's the use of staying.

Reaching the corner, the car only pass by and didn't stop. Angered she looked at Ye Xi with crossed arms.

"Ye Xi this is kidnapping!"

"You!"

"Let out now!"

"Ye Xi!"

"Fine! I will call the police!"

No matter what she said to threaten him it didn't flinch him a bit. She wasn't a fool to call the police either. If ever she would, this shameless man beside her would lie openly.

She stop talking and sat still. When she look outside. Only now she noticed to where they are heading off. She then turned her head to the side and saw him tapping his phone. Is this guy for real?

When they reached their destination. He open the door for her grab her hand and went to press the door bell.

Mr. Lin and Mrs. Lin were dumbfounded seeing them together yet lead them to the living room. Mrs. Lin knew Lin Ling went to visit Wang Guan, so how come both of them are here. Lin Ling was spacing out and didn't noticed.

"I'm here to talk about our marriage" facing the Lin couple, Ye Xi broke the silence.

"Ye Xi! What nonsense are you blurting! You--" Lin Ling stood up.

"Our marriage has been dragged on for years. I can't drag it any longer" he said it flawlessly with his stoic face. Really shameless.

"Who's marrying who? Ye Xi are you out of your mind!?"

Seeing the situation out of control, Mrs. Lin said "Ling'er take a sit, let's talk things calmly"

"There's no need to talk. We're not getting married. This marriage was called off 5 years ago" she said calmly this time.

Mr. Lin and Mrs. Lin looked at each other confusedly.

"How come we didn't know about it?" Mrs. Lin asked.

"Don't take it into heart Mrs. Lin. Ling'er. She's just upset and taken over by her emotion"

Who's angry?!

"Alright, how about your Parents?"

"Mom! Don't you agree! You clearly kne--" she stopped, her line of thought flashed what she told Wanwan five years ago. How stupid!

"Ling'er, it won't be good to dragged your marriage longer. Think of Tianze wouldn't it be best if your family is complete? Aren't you sorry seeing him fatherless? he'll be delighted to know who his father is"

Mom you thought it wrongly. Lin Ling said helplessly to herself. He isn't even Tianze's father.

"I'll call my parents and set a date for you to meet and plan again the wedding"

"Alright" Mrs. Lin excitedly agrees.
