Making Friends

As I bolted out the door with Snowy on my shoulder to head to the academy I pass by many citizens who call out my name before turning my head smiling and waving at them.

As I approached the school I see 2 people arguing with the guards at the front of the academy the older man looks like your everyday village elder with white hair and long bushy beard but the child next to him catches my eye as I remember who they are.

It's Tang San oh how lucky was I as I finally get to meet him I approach the gate before calling out to him

"You must be a new student the same as me my names Wu Sukong what about you little brother?"

He turns his head to look a a child that's over 4 feet with long golden hair with golden gem like eyes with a rabbit on his shoulder eating a carrot before before speaking surprised

"My names Tang San it's good to meet you brother Wu and are you sure you're 6 years old you look like your 10?"

Sukong-"It's just I had a body mutation after my spirit was awakened making me look older but I'm actually 6 years old"

San-"What is your spirit mines just little a junk spirit blue silver grass"

Sukong-"there's no junk spirit only junk people brother San and mines just a little ole bear"

"Yes that's exactly what I would have said if you didn't it's exactly as he just stated that there's no junk spirit only junk people"

We turn our heads to see the man who just spoke he must be the grandmaster he's roughly 5'5 with white hair and face stubble he turns to the guard asking for the papers of Tang San before saying its not fake before asking for mine as I hand it to him I see his eyes flash with excitement saying for us to follow him in.

We begin walking in towards the office to enroll the grandmaster asks us to register then head to our dormitories before saying that me and Tang San should visit him tomorrow after lunch.

Grandmaster-"Wu Sukong should I ask you why you have a spirit beast on your shoulder sleeping?"

Sukong-"I met this little guy a few years back and decided to keep him as a pet we've been inseparable since he is a hundred year old soft bone demon rabbit he's usually sleeping or eating carrots but he's been like family to me"

Grandmaster-"I won't ask much but remember if he causes any trouble it'll be your responsibility"

Sukong-"Thank you for that"

Grandmaster-"Now you two go to your dormitories you both are in the working students dorm 7 I will wait for you tomorrow"

Me and Tang San finish registration before going to our dorm as we push open the door we see a child that looked like a hedgehog but not as spiky beating other students before saying the strongest one in the dorm gets to be the boss I ignore him as I was to set my stuff up to cultivate.

A little girl with brown scorpion braided hair walks in saying "Since it's a fight to be the boss I'll challenge you my names Xiao Wu Wu as in dance"

He immediately begins charging at her before she begins kicking him back towards Tang San as he uses controlling dragon and catching crane to throw him back to her as if he's a sandbag but she ran to Tang before kicking him repeatedly as he uses ghost perplexing to move before she appears above him kicking him in the face knocking him backwards till he's flat on the ground

Wu-"I'm the winner so I am the boss you all can call me big sister Xiao from now on"

Sukong-"How about I call little sister Xiao is that better"

She turns around to see a boy that looked older than her with long golden hair and golden eyes with a rabbit on his lap but as soon as she seen the rabbit she knew what it was it was the same as her a soft bone demon rabbit

Wu-"Why should I let you call me that hmm?"

I condense my voice with spirit power so only she hears it with she reveals a shocked expression on her face as she seen my smile

I said "Little rabbit I know what you are Snowy hear called out to me saying it has found another family member and I know it's not anyone else because he didn't act that way till he seen you"

Sukong-"I know you don't wanna be called that but here I'll offer you something"

I proceeded to take out a couple carrots from my mini world for Wu and Snowy till I see drool running down both there faces as they immediately run to them I hand Snowy his then turn to look at her

Sukong-"Call me big brother and you can have it" as I dangle it in front of her

Wu-"Big brother can I have it"

I toss her the carrot before her drool floods the ground she snatches it before releasing her spirit as floppy bunny ears come out of her head and sitting down with Snowy to enjoy it.

After she finished eating it she looked back at me saying

"Big brother your bedding is soft how about we share?"

Sukong-"Fine we can share it if you want to"

Wu-"Thank you and so his name is Snowy he looks so adorable when eating"

Sukong-"I know he's been with me for a while now his reaction to the carrots was the same as yours he's been eating these type of carrots for about a week now"

Wu-"You have more give me give me"

Sukong-"No no no if you want more help me take care of Snowy and you can have em"

I have never seen a head nod that fast with a mention of carrots unlike hers

Wu-"I will take care of him like my own little brother"

As I look up and noticed everyone staring at us it's like I tamed the boss of the dorm for a carrot well I mean I did

I finished unpacking my things and spreading out the bedding as it's getting late and I need to cultivate I take out 4 more carrots before cultivating

Sukong-"Little sister here's 4 more remember to share them with Snowy or I'll be pestered for them"

She immediately grabs them before picking up Snowy and putting him on her lap as they look like twins eating

As I enter my mini world before greeting all the animals I take care of the fields I sit beside the lake under the apple trees as I begin my 38 hours of cultivation.
