Stormy: A Friend in Need

Toni races towards the Shopping District, having taken the assault bike Magnus had given to his father. Toni, being overcome with worry and nerves, continues her way to the shopping district. Her friend, Harry, happens to work at a clothing shop within the retail section of the district, and happens to be the last one to leave, being the one trusted to lock and secure the shop after all final jobs in the store were done.

"Pick up! Dammit, pick up!" Toni is on her phone, trying to call her friend, but all she gets is Harry's voicemail. "Hang on Harry! I'm coming!"

Having closely seen the notification on the Magnus Computer about the criminal activity being present in the Shopping District, Toni did not waste any time being on her way.

"Pick up Steven!" shouts Toni, as she tries to reach her cousin. But he's gone black.

"Toni!" The assault bike's radio comes alive, with EJ's voice blaring through. "Where the hell have you gone? Didn't Steven tell you not to touch anything?"

"EJ!" Toni asks, "I'm heading to the retail district! Get a hold of Magnus if you can!"

"There's criminal activity there!"

"My friend Harry is there!"

Toni comes to the entrance to the Retail District, dismounts the assault bike, and heads through the entrance. She surveys the area, seeing that no soul is in sight. She runs quickly to the clothing shop where Harry works.

"Harry!" Toni shouts, having found Harry just outside the door of the shop.

"Toni!" Harry answers, "I was just going to give you a call."

"We have to go!" Toni shouts as she grabs Harry's hand. "There's criminals in the area!"

"Uh, Toni?" Harry asks as he points to the other side of the district.

The two see a group of six men wearing black hooded cloaks, looking as if they were members of an extremist cult. Their faces are concealed by their hoods, looking as if they had a cold stare of death.

"Run!" Toni shouts as she and Harry run towards the assault bike.

As they approach the bike, six more men wearing the same hooded cloaks approach from the direction Toni and Harry run towards.

"No, No, No!" Toni repeatedly shouts, both shrieking in fear as the twelve men encircle them.

Harry holds onto Toni in fear.

"We are the Cult for Confederacy." a voice calmly shouts as another figure in a hooded cloak steps into the circle, only the man is wearing a white cloak.

"We are the light that will shine upon this country, and rid it of the pathetic filth that has plagued it for the last few years." the man declares. "Disgusting people like yourselves, gays, homosexuals, lesbians, transvestites, whatever you call yourselves. You and the other races we look down upon, the religions that are strange, you will all feel the wrath of cleansing! We will save this country from being destroyed within!"

"Save?!" Toni shouts, "You're pure evil! What kind of pure evil person wants to save the world?"

"There is no good or evil." The man continues, "Only the way! That is the true purpose of life we seek to inform the world. And your kind... will die!"

All of a sudden, the sound of marbles emits around the group.

Smoke emits around them, the smoke being black and blue.

"These colors?" the man says, "It's him!"

Three hooded men hit the ground in seconds.

As the smoke starts to clear, Omega Magnus takes out three more men in a matter of seconds.

"I don't remember inviting a KKK rip-off!" Magnus shouts,

The six remaining men start to retreat, with the man in the white cloak grabbing Harry off Toni, pulling him towards the group of cultists.

"Harry! Don't hurt him!" Toni cries out,

Magnus sees what is transpiring, and fires his electric weapons on both gauntlets at the group, all the hooded henchmen hit the floor having been shocked by lightning bolt.

But it was too little too late, as Magnus and Toni see a blade going through Harry from behind.

"HARRY!!!" Toni shouts from the top of her lungs as the leader of the cults pulls his blade out of Harry's mid-section from behind.

"The blood of the filthy parasites will fill the city like a river!" the man in the white cloak proclaims, "The cleansing has begun!"

Magnus fires an electric round at the man. The man flies back, not completely stunned, but begins to crawl away.

Magnus and Toni run to Harry, with Toni cradling Harry in her arms.

Magnus turns to the remaining hooded man.

"You've resorted to cultism now Alexander?!!!" Magnus shouts in complete anger.

"What?!" the man shouts,

"Ariel told me everything!" Magnus continues to shout.

The man pulls off his hood and begins to stand.

The cult leader is Alexander Stephenson.

"You will all suffer for the benefit of the Cult for Confederacy!" Stephenson shouts, "The two of you, and Ariel!"

Stephenson runs off.

"Harry! Hold on!" Toni shouts as she begins to cry, "Don't leave me!"

"Dammit! He's been hit in some internal organs." Magnus replies as he tries to put pressure on Harry's wound. "Toni, I can't stop the bleeding."

"No!" Toni shouts, "Please Harry, don't go! Do something Magnus!"

Harry starts to speak, looking at Toni and grabbing her hand.

"Don't give up on our cause..." says Harry very weakly, "I know you'll do wonderful things. Your cousin Steven will look after you. Please Mr. Magnus sir, make sure you tell her cousin that."

Harry struggles to speak. In that moment with tears in his eyes, Magnus removes his high tech sunglasses and grasps Harry's right hand.

"You can tell me right now." Steven says,

"Steven?" Harry looks up with a surprised look on his face. "Now I know where Toni gets it from." Harry lets out a smile. "Please, look after Toni, and don't give up on this city."

Harry looks toward Toni.

"You're a wonderful girl Toni, be good always..."

Harry's right hands falls away from Magnus' and Toni's hands.

Toni cradles Harry in her arms, and lets out a scream that can be heard from five blocks away.
