Entering The Sect!

'All of us?' Yi Ya nodded happily, "Mhm."

"Enough chatting you two. Yi Ya go join the others," the elder said.

Yi Ya turned her head to the elder, "What about Su Jun, elder?"

"I will be taking him to the sect personally."

Yi Ya nodded her head, "I see…" she faced Su Jun, "See you later, Su Jun."

"See you later," Su Jun said and Yi Ya walked away. He turned his eyes to the elder, "There was no reason to send her away, elder."

"There was, I needed to talk to you privately."

Su Jun tilted his head in confusion and the elder continued, "As I led you here, I have been thinking about you… You see when I saw your talent, I was so excited to have you in the outer sect of the red dragon sect as I was sure that with your talent you would become the top disciple then the elder and even the sect master but I realise now that I was too selfish." The elder shook his head, "Someone with B-rank talent is far above our outer sect, the main sect, this province and even this continent and your talent shattered the testing stone which means your talent is far beyond that. You can't waste your time here on this continent, you have to cultivate in one of the gra—"

"Elder, please wait," Su Jun said, interrupting the elder.

The elder frowned, "What is it?"

"Elder, what is even the difference between F and E rank talents or E and B rank talents?"

"You never entered a sect so you still don't know how to cultivate… Okay, listen carefully. I will teach you how to cultivate and the differences between the talent ranks. The elder nodded, "That's right, but now that I think about it, with your talent you should have awakened your dantian years ago… wait a minute, you also were F-rank talent not too long ago…" the elder furrowed his eyebrows, "How did your martial talent jump from F-rank to so high that it destroyed the testing stone? Did you have a fateful encounter of some sorts?"

Su Jun nodded, "Yeah… I ate some kind fruit and passed out," he said and thought, 'Not gonna say that I reincarnated into this body and have this talent because of a system.'

"A fruit? How did it look like?" Elder asked with interest.

The elder sighed, "That's too bad… okay listen, after you awaken your dantian, it will become one of the six possible dantians and you will have to figure out which one it is as different dantians allow cultivation of different skills. The dantians aren't equal as no matter what type it is, it will have its own rank just like martial talent. The six dantians that can awaken are: Fire dantian, Ice dantian, Wind dantian, Lighting dantian, Water dantian and General dantian. Once you awaken your dantian and determine its type, I will teach you about your specific dantian but for now, let's leave it like this."

Su Jun nodded, "Alright, I will come to you then."

The elder smiled, "Awakening the dantian will put you on the first level of the martial mortal realm. You will absorb Qi, reciting the method you already knew and guide it into your dantian and then when you reach a bottleneck at rank 3, 6 and 9 you will have to clear the bottlenecks with the Qi residing in your body and from here on out martial talent comes in play. Martial talent determines just how much of your inner Qi you can just use and its used not only for breakthroughs but for using skills as well. With F-rank talent, cultivator can use 2% of their total Qi, E-rank talent 10%, D-rank talent 20%, C-rank talent 30%, B-rank talent 50%. You won't find anyone in this province and continent above B-rank talent but in the grand continent, you will find those above. Those with A-rank talent that can use 70% and those with S-rank can use 80% of their total Qi."

"What about SS-rank and SSS-rank?"

The elder laughed, "There are no such ranks."

'No such rank?... Well since in this continent the highest talent is B rank and in a grand continent the highest talent is S rank, then that means there is an even greater continent in which there are people with talent that is SS and SSS.'

The elder turned serious, "Now listen Su Jun, you have to get to the grand continent as fast as possible and cultivate there. You can't waste time playing around in our small outer sect. You have to enter the main sect and qualify for the province competition and win it and if you do you will be invited into the grand continent. First things first, you have to awaken your dantian when you do it, I will recommend you to the sect master and you will be invited into the main sect." the elder extended his hand and in it laid a jade.

"This is?" Su Jun asked.

"This is a transmission jade, when you awaken your dantian, contact me with this. To use it, you will have to inject your Qi. Let's go to the sect, you don't have time to waste."

"How long till we reach the sect, elder?"

"We will be there in an instant. We will teleport there with a formation."

"Teleport?" Su Jun asked slightly confused.

"That's right, now follow me."

"Can we take Yi Ya with us?"

The elder shook his head, "She might have already gone through the formation while we were talking, let's go and cut in line."

Su Jun nodded, "Alright."

They walked around the youths that were waiting for the sect elders to teleport them and walked up to those sect elders. The elder that led Su Jun exchanged a few words with them, they nodded and Su Jun with the elder walked into the formation and disappeared with the flash of light. Their surroundings changed and they appeared in the sect.

"Let's go, Su Jun."

"Yes elder," Su Jun said and walked after the elder.

"While you will be in the outer and inner sect there is only a single rule you will have to follow. You can't kill any disciple for any reason."

Su Jun nodded, "I understand."

The elder led Su Jun directly into the dormitory part of the outer sect. "Select any open house and cultivate. When you awaken your dantian, immediately contact me. I will see you later." The elder walked away and Su Jun was left alone. He walked into this area and the first house he saw was an empty one and he entered it. The house had one room and the room itself was very clean. It didn't have many items in it, there was only a bed and nothing more.

Su Jun sat down on the bed and breathed out heavily, 'That elder sure is pushy but since his intentions are good, I might as well listen to him.' He closed his eyes and focused on the name of the skill he saw in the system. He felt the surrounding Qi enter his body and when the Qi strand touched his dantian, a message floated up in his head. <+1>.
