Yi Ya's Decision!

Su Jun raised his head, looking up at the sky, 'It's already evening… Time to get dinner but before I go, I should invite Duan Xi to join me.' The corners of his lips rose, forming a smile. He lowered his head, turned around and as he was turning around, he saw Duan Xi standing under a tree with a shocked expression on her face, with mouth and eyes wide open. 'She had the same expression on her face yesterday but today she has her eyes and mouth open as well. Was me reaching the first level of white tiger's palm so shocking?' He ran up to her, "Good evening, Duan Xi."

Duan Xi closed her mouth, "Evening… did you really reach the first level of white tiger's palm?"

Su Jun tilted his head and then nodded, "Yeah."

Duan Xi's eyes returned to normal and a smile appeared on her beautiful face, "You are amazing."

'Her smile is more beautiful than it was before. Is that even possible?' Su Jun heartbeat hastened. He smiled back, "I am going to eat."

Duan Xi nodded still smiling, "Alright." She said and her face returned to an indifferent one. They walked out from behind the houses and left towards the restaurant. Like before, everyone they passed, turned their heads to look at her, but not one dared to approach them. Reaching the restaurant, they entered and sat down at the first table they saw and like before, all, male disciples turned their heads to her but not one of them approached.

The waitress came to their table, the same waitress that waited on them a day before, "What would you like?" she said and thought, 'They came together again, will they act like they did yesterday?'

Su Jun turned his head to her, "Meat bun and a green tea," he said with a smile.

"Same for me," Duan Xi said.

The waitress nodded and walked away.

Like yesterday, Su Jun looked at Duan Xi who sat opposite of him and couldn't help but widely smile. Duan Xi didn't close her eyes this time, she looked at him with her indifferent expression.

A few minutes later the waitress returned with a tray and she blinked her eyes, 'Today they are staring into each other's eyes…' She coughed into her free hand, "I have brought your meat buns and green tea."

Su Jun and Duan Xi looked at the waitress and nodded. The waitress placed the food and tea on the table and walked away. The two picked up their meat buns and started eating. As for their tea, Su Jun drank it while eating while Duan Xi drank it after finishing her meat bun. They both finished at the same time once again.

"Let's return," Su Jun said with a smile.

Duan Xi nodded, "Alright."

The two stood up and walked back to the house area. Entering it, Su Jun turned his head to Duan Xi, "I am going back to my house. See you tomorrow—Goodnight," he said with a smile.

She nodded slightly, "Night."

Su Jun returned back to his house and sat down on the bed, 'Tomorrow I will fight them, before I go to sleep, I will cultivate ' He closed his eyes and started focusing on the skill. Ten seconds later his body pulsated and a message floated up in his head <+1> He cultivated it for four hours before opening his eyes, 'That's enough for today.' He laid down on the bed on his side and closed his eyes. Not long after, he fell asleep.

The morning came and Su Jun's eyes opened. He rolled on his back, 'Today is the day but that said it's still too early.' He sat up on the bed and closed his eyes, focusing on the Five hours passed and he opened his eyes, 'To reach the first level it took me more than 24 hours, who knows how long it will take to reach the second level… It's slightly past noon, they should be waiting at the arenas.' He jumped off his bed and walked out of the house.

Walking outside, he saw Duan Xi standing with closed eyes beside his door. He smiled, "Good morning."

Duan Xi opened her eyes and looked at him, "Morning. Are you ready?"

Su Jun nodded, "Yeah."

Duan Xi nodded and they both left the house area.

Hu Yun and his friends Kang Wu, Geng Xia and Yi Ya stood beside the arena chatting with outer sect disciples surrounding them. There were nineteen disciples with cultivation bases ranging from martial mortal rank 1 to martial mortal rank 4. These disciples were all invited by Hu Yun, Kang Wu and Geng Xia to watch the fight. On the arena stood elder Duan Ri with closed eyes and hands behind his back.

Kang Wu laughed loudly, "It's already past noon and Su Jun is a no show!"

"He must have gotten cold feet!" One of the surrounding disciples said with a mocking smile.

Yi Ya furrowed her eyebrows, "Senior brother Su Jun is not a coward! He will be here!" she said angrily. All surrounding disciples exchanged looks that said, "Really?"

Geng Xia nodded his head, "I agree with junior sister Yi Ya, we have known senior brother Su Jun since childhood. When did he ever get cold feet?"

Kang Wu furrowed his eyebrows but he still nodded. Hu Yun shook his head, "I don't care if he shows up or not. If he does I will beat him up now and if he doesn't, I will beat him up later." He laughed out loud. The surrounding nineteen disciples and Kang Wu laughed together with him.

Yi Ya lowered her head, "I think you won't get a chance to do it later, senior brother Hu Yun"

Hu Yun frowned and turned his head to Yi Ya, "Why?"

"Senior brother Su Jun will be going into the main sect three weeks from today," Yi Ya said with a lowered head.

All disciples including Hu Yun, Kang Wu and Geng Xia widened their eyes in shock as they couldn't believe what they just heard.

Duan Ri opened his eyes, "Su Jun has come, make way for him and Hu Yun come up on the arena!"

All disciples turned their heads to Duan Ri and then they started looking around but a moment later one of them shouted out, "He is here! And he came with a goddess!"

Hu Yun's eyes widened when he heard the disciple's words and he started fervently looking around. When he saw Su Jun, he immediately moved his eyes to the person that walked by his side. And when his eyes landed on Duan Xi, they almost popped out of their sockets, "That's the goddess, I saw!" he shouted out.

Kang Wu, Geng Xia and Yi Ya all moved their eyes to where Hu Yun was looking and they all widened their eyes in shock when they saw the girl by Su Jun's side.

"She is so beautiful," Geng Xia mumbled.

Kang Wu opened his mouth wide and mumbled, "What is a goddess like her doing with someone like Su Jun?"

Yi Ya smiled, 'A few days ago you told me that you would leave behind everything that can't keep up with you, senior brother Su Jun. I know, I can't keep up with you. You said you would sever your ties with Hu Yun, Kang Wu and Geng Xia. I am severing my ties with you… Goodbye senior brother, Su Jun… I hope that she can keep up with you, no matter how fast you run.' She turned around and walked in the opposite direction from Su Jun.

Hu Yun, Kang Wu and Geng Xia nor any other disciple saw Yi Ya leave as they all had their attention on Duan Xi.

"Hu Yun, didn't you hear me? I told you to get on the arena," Duan Ri said.

Hu Yun furrowed his eyebrows, but he still turned his head to the elder as he just couldn't ignore him, so he could look at Duan Xi. Moving his head to the elder he nodded and walked up, on the arena.

Su Jun saw all the disciples staring at Duan Xi, 'They won't surround us like that time, right?' Duan Xi looked them over with an indifferent face. Su Jun walked towards them and they started making a path for him but not all of them, two stood in front of the arena unmoving. Su Jun and Duan Xi stopped in front of them and Su Jun said, "Go onto the arena."

Kang Wu and Geng Xia looked at each other and they tilted their heads in confusions. "What are you talking about," Kang Wu said.

"A week ago, I told you that I would fight all three of you. Now are you going onto the arena or are you conceding but if you concede, I will ask the elder to expel you from the sect."

The disciples widened their eyes in shock and moved their eyes from Duan Xi to Su Jun. Duan Ri furrowed his eyebrows, "What are you talking about, Su Jun."

Su Jun moved his head to Duan Ri, "Elder, don't expel those that fight me today even if they lose but those that don't fight me, expel them from the sect."

Duan Ri nodded, "That's fine."

Su Jun looked at Geng Xia and Kang Wu, "So are you fighting me or not?"
