Her Past (4)

As she tried to hide her eyes and embarrassing thoughts, she could not help but also recall a distant memory that struck her with revulsion.

Unconsciously she shuddered. The very thought of those people frightened her. Then she was only four. Her adopted parents really did not mind that she was just a kid. They were abusive.

She was malnourished, beaten and almost defiled by her adopted father if not for the fact that the welfare officer happened to pay a surprise visit.

His excuse for abusing her was that she seduced him.

A four year old child? Seduced him?

He said she seduced him with her eyes. His statement was ridiculous to any person of sound mind.

Maybe that was why his wife married him, they were both insane. His wife had also claimed that Kim wanted to take her husband from him.

She ran about half naked in the house. They forgot they didn't give her the luxury of having complete set of clothes. Somehow it became her fault.
