Tom and Jay were walking around an ancient temple lost in the edge of the universe where only a race of heavily religious aliens live, they saw a monk hovering off the ground completely unaware of his surroundings. They walked over to someone else near him and asked what he was doing.
"He is our leader and is becoming one with god in order to lift the greatest weapon." Said the citizen.
"Greatest weapon. Jay I told you I knew what I was doing. Where is this weapon I would to lift it." Said Tom.
"It can't be moved, everyone here has tried, but it is about 10 feet behind our leader." They both turned around and walked behind the monk to see a pure white sword lying in the dirty floor. Jay bent down to try and pick it up.
"Stop. You are too far from God to move such a tool, everyone is." Sad the monk.
"Oh, I'm sorry but I'm still going to try." Jay replied.
"Do it, you'll see what I mean." Jay bent down and placed his hands around the handle and began to raise his hand up. He slowly removed the sword from the ground where it had sat for the life of the universe until that point. Jay raised it high above his head and the blade went from pure white metal to a red flame and the handle became golden. Jay's body had a great energy boost similar to when he got he powers. The monk dropped to the floor then quickly ran over to Jay, "What! How? That is immovable, God himself said to me in a dream that no one could lift it unless you have the strongest will power imaginable. That's what I was trying to get to. But you have beaten me to it."
"I'm honoured then." Said Jay, "Do you want to try and lift it Tom?"
"I'll try. Put it on the floor." Said Tom. The sword lost its flame and went white once again. Tom crouched down grappled the handle and rose it off of the ground where it gained its flame blade and golden handle once again and he felt the same energy that Jay did.
"Pretty cool weapon. Shame that you've never used it before." Said Jay to the monk.
"Is it okay if we take this with us? We have an multiverse level threat that we need to defeat." Said Tom.
"Sure, you are deemed worthy by God so it is yours." Said the monk as he bowed. Jay and Tom both bowed back before teleporting to the house on earth.
