Running. Running fast as my legs can go. I took a sharp turn and I leaped behind a tree. I waited until the noise of marching feet passed by. I felt scared, lonely, and hopeless. I eventually dozed off staring at the starry night sky.
My eyes bobbed open as the bright sunrise peered into my eyes. I looked around to make sure no one was there. I now felt safe, but I knew I had to leave. As I stood up my stomach growled with anger. I guess I was a little hungry. I had nothing to eat so I had to find a nearby town quick.
As I processed down the deserted dirt trail I noticed a sharp stone. Unevenly, I chopped my long, thick, pink hair, so I was unrecognizable. Watching it fall to the ground brought tears to my eyes. It was like watching my past fall to the ground and slowly blown away by the wind. I wiped my tears away and processed forward towards my new home. My new life. My new future.
