Talia woke up early along with Arthur. He kept avoiding her eyes for some reason and Talia didn't understand why.

Arthur indeed was feeling guilty. He tried to stay awake, but his tiredness got the better of him and he ended up sleeping before she fell asleep. But most importantly, he knew he should tell her about what the doctor told him. He didn't want to tell her yet and that only added to his guilt.

Is it fine for me to not tell her?

Talia watched him very silent during breakfast and she thought he was probably occupied thinking about the voting that day. Each waiting moment would be scary since anyone of the board of directors could change their mind or could be coerced to change their decision. They can relax for sure only when the voting is completed.
