Inside the dungeon, I used [S+. Greater Flying] to get to another cave entrance lower down inside volcano.
...
Going through the new cave system, slimes and normal salamanders didn't show up anymore. While I encountered stronger salamanders more often.
After walking awhile and killing a lot of evolved salamanders, I found out that the reason why there was a large number of evolved salamanders.
Right now I'm currently inside a large room full of salamander eggs.
Since I wasn't interested in salamanders, I walked pasted their the eggs.
Although they were attacking me at first, the salamanders were now just really on guard after seeing that they had no chance of killing me and that I wasn't interested in their eggs. Plus I could always come back if I wanted the salamanders or their eggs.
Going further down the cave system, I found the entrance to the next floor. It was another giant metal door that was only smaller than the one I used to enter the dungeon.
In front of the metal door was a 2 headed giant salamander about 5 times larger than the other salamanders outside. Finding out the not really hard way, I found out that the left salamander head shot out magma balls while the right head had a fire breath.
Shomei:"Since this is technically still the first floor, I guess that mean this dungeon isn't that big since it's usually set up with the boss at every ten, five, or three floors"
Eva:...
Since the door probably won't open otherwise, I used [B. Air Vacuum] to suffocate and kill the 2 headed giant salamander.
Once the giant salamander has had taken its last breath, the metal door opened.
Walking up to the metal door, I saw that there was a tiny thin almost transparent barrier that was dividing this and the next layer. Although I could up my hand through the barrier, I didn't know if I should actually go through the barrier fully.
Eva:The barrier is probably used to prevent monster from the lower levels from coming up. The User probably doesn't have to worry about it and go to the next layer, either way the User can always teleport back to the teleportation marker you left at the magma slime training room.
Shomei:I guess you're right.
Stepping through the barrier, nothing happened, not even the metal door closing. After stepping back and forth through the barrier, I continued further down the dungeon.
Reaching to the end of the tunnel, I was above a group of patrolling primitive Lizardman who had wooden and stone weapons and tools. Looking at the Lizardman's weapons, the stone was a type of igneous rocks and the wood was dark blue in color. As for the Lizardman's bodies, Unfortunately they resembled more to the salamanders than human.
Shomei:Hey Eva, If I capture them, can they evolve to look more like human?
Eva:Yes, But wait and see if there are lizardkin in the lower layers of the dungeon. Then the User wouldn't have to capture, train, and evolve these humanoid salamanders. Although the User might want to keep an eye out for any variants or bloodlines in their group.
Shomei:Wait, wasn't the boss I killed a variant?
Eva:Yes, but trust me, 2 heads aren't better than one in this type of situation. Once they become more intelligent, they'll start fighting like siblings and it'll be awkward if the User every forms any type of relationship with them.
Shomei:You say this like you had experience.
Eva:... Don't ask.
Shomei:Only if you promise to tell be one day.
Eva:... Ok.
Shomei:Remember this promise and also the fact that I can make myself immortal, so you're going to have to tell me one day.
Eva:...
Shomei:Now then, I should probably follow them to their tribe or village. If there any invisible spells?
Eva:Yeah, use [S-. Hidden Aura]. It'll make the User invisible to the naked eye and hide your sent, heat, and breathing.
Shomei:"Hidden Aura, Greater Fly whispers*"
