But when he realizes his mistakes he gets ready to improve them . when he gets lucky and blessed gets a stone to devolution. But the people are not ok with it . The story highlights his hardships of the time when is devolutionised. and even after he completes his life long goal

AND to his surprise his friend ,Rafe's trainer was one of the most important personality in the stream of Pokémon . He was a very nice guy . He once while digging found a stone that would cause devolution of the creature on which it is used . It would send them to their first form and it was very rare. So , Dave wasn't the only one who didn't know how to fly . In order to make their Pokémon fly people tried stealing the stone from him . So they both went to Rafe's trainer and asked him if they could use the stone on Dave.
