The next two days Sandriya was busy arranging the place for a party...

At the end of the day, she received a call from Elena as she entered her room after a tiring day of work...

"Girl is everything set for tomorrow?"Elena questioned.

"Yeah...I think so"Sandriya answered a little nervous...

"What about the gift?"

"I think he will like it"Sandriya wasn't confident about that either...

"All the best girl...Hope everything goes well"Elena said in a encouraging tone.

"Thanks Dear...Even thinking of tomorrow is making my heart pound fast...I am really scared of what might be the outcome"Sandriya started to get anxious

"Relax Sandriya...Stop worrying about 'what if's 'and think about 'why not'.Okay?Everything will be just fine.Cheer up dear"

"Thanks Elena."

"Have you informed Jonathan about the place?"

"If I tell him then how will it be a surprise?Mr.Steve and his maid,Ms.Maria,said they will help me with the surprise.We have made a false schedule for him asking him to meet some business person.I have already given the black suit to Ms.Maria and so she will make sure he wears it tomorrow and as for coming to the place, Mr.Steve will drive him to the location."

"O...kay...Not bad...But are you sure he won't suspect anything?"

"Yeah Elena...I am sure he won't...He never doubts Mr.Steve's schedules...So...i think there is nothing to worry..."Sandriya let out a confident smile...

"Okay girl...Then I won't worry too much.Okay now go take some rest and make sure you look beautiful tomorrow.All the best girl"Elena smile teasingly...

"Haha...thanks Elena"Sandriya was a 100 times more excited...She took all the things she needed to get ready for the nextday and kept it on the table...She organised everything so she wouldn't forget anything.

She then laid on her bed staring at the ceiling. She was too excited that she couldn't sleep.She took her phone and opened Jonathan's chat...

"Hey Jon...Can we meet tomorrow at 5 pm?" she typed the message and clicked sent...In about 5 minutes she received a reply"Sorry Shortie...I have an important business meeting tomorrow."

With that Sandriya confirmed that he didn't suspect anything and the surprise will really be a big surprise.This made her a lot more anxious.Her mind was visualing everything that could happen...Her heart was increasing its pace...Her face was starting to feel hot with all the happiness...

Before she could realise it was already morning...Because of all the nervousness and excitement...she only got a little sleep..but that didn't stop her from looking cheerful and bright...She dressed herself in a casual outfit had breakfast ,waved bye to her mother ,got into a cab and left.

"What has gotten into this girl?She is way too abmormal the past 3 days"Mrs.Andrews complained to Sandriya's father.

"I too was suspicious about her behaviour.So asked my men to keep an eye on her.Turns out our little rascal is planning a romantic date"He chuckled as he turned the pages of his newspaper.

"Date?with whom?"Her mother was worried.

"Who else ?"Mr.Andrews questioned

"Jonathan"She replied

"Yeah...I am happy she finally decided to confess"Mr Andrews teased.

"Well...Hope those two don't get into trouble as always"Mrs.Andrews sighed.

After about 45 minutes of drive Sandriya reached the place...The place was covered with tall trees and greenery...There were no buildings in sight except for a small cottage. Not much people knew about such a peaceful place...

Sandriya came early so that she could make some necessary arrangements...It was already lunch time when she was finally satisfied with the result...She sat down in a patch of grass and started eating the food she had packed from home...

Time ticked very slowly...minutes passed like hours...As the clock slowly turned to 3.30 pm she got up and made a call to the hotel she had ordered dinner.After making sure of the order she went inside the room to get dressed.She knew he would be punctual so she shouldn't be late...Within an hour she got herself ready,dressed in a silver slimfit gown with sleeves falling on her shoulders and neatly done makeup and wavy hair.

By the time she came out the sun had already start to set behind the trees...Sandriya took a brief look at herself at the mirror and went to the place of the party...

A table for two was laid in the middle of a secluded garden located outside the city...It was covered with green plants and tall trees and the fragrance of fresh flowers...It was a really peaceful and full of energy kind of atmosphere...But the real beauty blooms only when the sun sets and it got dark...

The time was sharp 5.She could hear a church bell ring from a distant.She tried to calm herself and sat on the table staring at the rose bouquet placed at the center of the table...Her ears were constantly waiting for the sound of his car.Every passing minute was making her lose the courage she had gathered to confess her heart.Battling between her mind and her heart she didn't notice the time...When she finally look a glance at her watch it was already 6.30 pm and there was still no sign of him...Sandriya had hung some fairy lights to illuminate the place and the flickering light of the fireflies made it more magical...There were gold and silver balloons tied to trunks and branches of short trees... with the chill breeze ,the melody of the silent music from the background and the smell of irises filling the air made the place more dreamy and like floating in a fantasy...

"May be traffic"She thought to herself.Another half an hour passed.Sandriya was starting to get restless...

"What if something happened?"She became worried and took out her mobile and called his number...But his number couldnot be reached...She called his landline...No response...This made her heart fill with despair...She dialled Steves' number.The line went through...But the call was disconnected.She tried again a few times...With every passing ring she prayed everything should be alright and he should be safe...Finally...Steve picked up...

"Hello...Hello Steve...Whats wrong?Is Jon okay?Why didn't he answer my calls?"Her questions poured continuously...

"Sandriya...I am sorry.He won't be coming"Steve replied in a low tone...

"Why?Whats wrong?"Sandriya couldn't help but get more worried with his reply...

"He is not in the country right now...He didn't even notify me...I think it must be an emergency...I am really sorry...Do you want me to drive you back home?"

But the call had already ended...

On the other end...Sandriya was in a heartbroken state...as if thunder had hit her hard...She felt weak even to cry...All she could do was sob in silence...The moon was the shining bright through the trees...But the warm feeling she felt minutes ago was starting to kill her within...
