I just want to point out how absurd rules can be. Tic Tacs are pretty much able to claim that they contain no sugar even though they are 94.5% sugar. And this is because their serving size weighs less than 0.5 grams. The amount of sugar is thus consequently also less than 0.5 grams per serving. Due to this loophole, they are able to claim their product contains 0 grams of sugar per serving. What they're doing is completely legal according to the FDA labeling requirements.
Because their serving size is so small, it's almost like they could just hide ingredients from the nutrition facts, which is a really scary thought.
