Suicide

Every once in a while, some companies are miraculously able to make a mistake so obviously suicidal that any and all onlookers would be able to point it out.

One example would be how OnlyF@ns decided to commit suicide just to appear more welcoming to investors. People only used their platform for one reason and they just decided to ban it...? They've since temporarily undone/postponed those policy changes, but the damage has been done.
