Property Tax

[A message for newer readers since I've been seeing a lot of comments "missing." (I have found ways to still see those comments, however it's not a viable solution. There is also no way to interact with them) This app/platform has a very strong auto shadow block system implemented. Certain key words will cause your comments to be invisible to all other users. Some make less sense than others and I'm not really certain what triggers it.

The comments will however still show up for yourself and you also won't be notified in any way. To be honest, it's a really smart way for a company to avoid a lot of complaints about c3-nsor sh 1p since most people certainly aren't aware of it. To answer the question I saw, @Starfish, Welcome and yes I haven't missed a single upload day since the beginning. :) ]

In countries such as the US, residents have to pay a yearly property tax based on their home value. Thus, unless you're planning to sell your home in the near future, it's in your best interest to try to lower your theoretical property value if possible. Some people even go to extent of regularly firing off a few bullets to imply a more dangerous neighborhood. If you plan on improving or renovating your home in any manor, it might be wise to wait until after an assessor has finished evaluating your home.
