Sunscreen

Sunscreen is very important even in shady weather. Some people often forget to use sunscreen on their ears and most people aren't aware that lips also need sunscreen. You can most certainly get skin cancer on your lips so you better watch out.

Theoretically, sun screen should be used all year long, but you should really pick your battles strategically.

Living in fear of getting cancer (and dying) can quickly spiral out of control.
