Know thy self

"If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles."

There's been a (maybe) complex process that I've always been a bit curious about. I really just want to know how it works and what's tolerated and what's not. Thus the easiest way to figure that out, is to join the team that manages that process.
