There's no such thing as a perfect figure since humans can't even keep their opinions straight for a few decades. First they want them thick, then they want them skinny. They really just don't know what they want.
What they should have picked as the perfect figure, is just a healthy body. This of course requires concious decisions such as:
not just eating junk food;
not mainly drinking sugary drinks;
a reasonable amount of exercise;
a decent sleep schedule;
annihilation of any possible stress factors;
actually trying to like yourself
