Name

Serial killers do not deserve cool names. For them, a cool name can basically be seen as a trophy prize. It is their way to leave an impression even in years to come.

A much worthier idea would be to give them names no one would ever want.

What is more fitting: "Dick faced bozo gets sentenced to the death penalty for the massacre of..." or "Machine Gun Rampager gets sentenced to the death penalty for the massacre of..."
