Ignorance vs Incompetence

There's a huge difference between ignorance and incompetence. One of them I despise, whilst the other I don't mind at all.

If you're incompetent, you should either not be doing whatever you're doing or you should be taking measures to actively improve in where you're lacking.

If you're ignorant, you can't really help it. Basically just try to be well enough informed in order to be able to recognize if you're ignorant. Once you recognize, it becomes easy to fix.
