If you're a person that dreams everyday, you probably aren't getting enough sleep.
Sleep is devided into 4 phases and the likelihood of remembering dreams is much higher if wake up during the REM (rapid eye movement) state. This is the stage that takes the longest and is also referred to as deep sleep.
This is easily caused by waking up using the help of external factors such as alarms.
To avoid this, just go to sleep at an earlier time so you wake up naturally, even before your alarm goes off.
