If you ever needed a sign that a something is too spicy, some restaurants force you to sign waivers before serving you. The way some bodies react to extremely spicy food could most certainly be fatal. It could be due to severe allergic reactions or simply cardiac arrest.

Most of the time, you'll just feel like you're dying for a long period of time without actually dying.
