A human will generally suffocate after 7 min without air. Resuscitation should still be possible after 6 mins.

If it's cold to the point that your body shuts down, you'll survive a bit longer. The brains of younger people also happen to be more resilient. Combine the two conditions and you'll easily survive 30 min.
