If you started to train your punch using the method I mentioned a decent amount of chapters back, you should have noticed a few things by now.

Your punches should've gotten much stronger.

Right around now, your fists shouldn't bleed anymore from just punching a punching bag. They're most likely covered in scabs, but they'll heal quickly.

Just keep on trying to increase the speed and power of your punches. Make sure to really use all your body weight. Do sessions where you train until you basically feel like you're going to faint. If your hands are able to completely heal whilst commiting to this routine, you're ready for the next step.

Now, it's all about increasing the resistance of what you're punching. Be creative and try to create something that hurts more to punch than a punching bag. One method is to start with a huge bag of rice, Then advance to a bag of sand. Next you'd go for a bag of gravel. Just make sure to use multiple layers for your bags or you'll end up with a huge mess.
