Skin cancer is absurdly common. In some countries, such as Australia, it is quite literally, more likely for a person to be diagnosed with skin cancer (at some point in their lives) than the alternative. 


Also, for a bit more paranoia, every single sunburn you receive skyrockets your chances of getting skin cancer.
