Pickpocket

Pickpocket signs are 100% accurate. Most of the time, it's the pickpockets that will place those signs. It just makes the job much easier as people will then check their pockets that contain the valuables. All the pickpocket needs to do is hang near the sign and observe the people passing by and then go for the easy money.
